Lamar Jackson wants guarantees that exceed Watson contract

Plus I'm sure Josh will renegotiate to create cap room -
NFL.com ranking teams WR situations before free agency/draft

The O-line has to be addressed. They need a right tackle and two guards. Then they can worry about receivers and a big strong running back -
Lamar Jackson wants guarantees that exceed Watson contract
first_and_ten replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is why the owners were so upset with the Browns, and I agree with them. Giving this pervert a guaranteed huge contract was moronic!! I don't blame Lamar at all. A healthy Lamar is worth more than Watson, but he made a big mistake stepping on the field last year without a new contract in place. Now this makes two years in a row he got hurt and couldn't finish the season. The ravens have just two decisions: Pay him a fully guaranteed contract or trade him for as much as you can get. I doubt he plays under a franchise tag. -
Yes, I have this recurring dream that the Bills will never win a Super Bowl

Diggs is going nowhere. The cap implications make that move impossible. As far as next year, I do think there is a good possibility the Bills fall to third place in the division, especially if the Jets find themselves a capable quarterback

😂😂 So True

Any cap problems that the Bills have right now comes from overpaying on the defensive side. Look at our D line. All that money put into it and we get nothing come playoff time. Put the money into a better Offensive line and more weapons for our franchise quarterback. Then the Bills will be dangerous come playoff time. Also, in my humble opinion, they need a an upgrade from Frazier.

Nonsense speculation from a talking head begging for attention
first_and_ten replied to Nextmanup's topic in The Stadium Wall
Right, Tennessee for example. Trading Brown was a huge mistake. -
And that's the point, he will be 31. Can a 31 year old help, maybe, but it would have to be a small price tag.

If he was any good, he would be on an NFL roster. This was just to placate Josh. -
Von Miller's injury, and pass rush needs this offseason

I will Implode if the Bills take a pass rusher with their first pick -
Von Miller's injury, and pass rush needs this offseason

Honestly, this may be unpopular, but I think they need a new mind running the defense. Where is the creativity in the defense? It's too simple, no stunts, no disguise. Come playoff time, better coaches take Frazier's lunch money. How many years will this be the case before they make a change? Having a top five defense in the regular season has done nothing for them come playoff time. -
Chris Simms says whoever Tre is covering will be open
first_and_ten replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
No he has not. Chris Simms often makes ridiculous claims. Maybe he wants attention, I don't know. But whatever it is, I don't care. I have never put much credence in what Chris Simms says. -
Russell Wilson and His Divisive Entourage

The question now is, what does that organization do now? The coach lost his job, but how does the GM keep his? This trade will go down as one of the biggest heists in NFL history, if not the biggest. This will set them back for years. -
3 way tie for conference lead possibility
first_and_ten replied to ehfeuh57's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, you really don't get it. When was the last time you saw a team lose a game because they didn't execute the end of game kneel down? All those other plays can be "what ifs" . This was unique, which is why I brought it up. It was a game they literally had won, and gave it away. Josh missing a pass is all part of football. We NEVER see end of game victory formation fumbles. If you can think of one in the last 50 years, let me know. I think there was one in the 70s. All the other things you mentioned happen every week in the NFL. -
Nick Foles looked like he was 50 years old. I could not believe he's only 33. Jeff Saturday needs to go back to ESPN. How does he keep playing Foles when it was obvious to everyone that Foles was awful? The cherry on top was a Foles quarterback sneak on a fourth and one. He looked like my grandmother was trying to get the yard. Then Saturday challenges it, when it was obvious it was not even close, lol. I cannot see Saturday coming back as head coach of this team.

3 way tie for conference lead possibility
first_and_ten replied to ehfeuh57's topic in The Stadium Wall
You don't get it. When was the last time you saw a team lose when all they had to do was snap the ball? All of the other things you mentioned are not flukes. This was a fluke that we won't see again for another 50 years. And if they lose Monday, this fluke loss will come back to bite them. Nothing wrong with saying this because it's true. I CAN pin it on a game that they had won, and gave it away. Snap the ball, kneel down, game over. Don't think I'm predicting a loss on Monday by saying this. I feel they are good enough to win. -
3 way tie for conference lead possibility
first_and_ten replied to ehfeuh57's topic in The Stadium Wall
I said at the time, watch, this loss will come back to bite us!! If Josh had successfully knelt down, we would have first place in the conference with just one more win, even with a loss to Cincinnati. 😣 -
