Appears to be a great athlete, but so hard to judge his abilities potential against the lower level of competition. Just can't see any team taking a 1st round chance on a player from Lenoir Rhyne. But, as many have pointed out, the Combine will be a big factor.

I’m all four 17 games, and more play-off teams. Especially if it rids us of a pre-season game, and they expand the game-day rosters. It all seems like common sense to me.

Good call, adds more a competitive element to the last weeks, and more teams to get the play-off experience. I hope the expand the game-day rosters, drop one preseason, and add one more regular season .... drop one pre-season game and add an additonal bye week in the regular season.

Agreed, one upgrade for the Oline, in FA or the draft, would be a big help. Where? I'm not sure. It seems we goof flexibility with the people we have now, so I guess the answer is upgrade where you can, and shuffle the other pieces with present players as needed.

This, I fully agree with. As a matter of fact, this is one of those NFL things that makes no sense at all to me. Why do they not allow the full roster to dress and play? What logic am I missing here?

Concerning the TE room, we have three quality young guys: Know, Sweeney, and Croom. Get rid of Kroft and spend his money eleswhere, and, yes, bring in Olson on a team-friendly deal. Or, go get one of the studs.

It's interesting that people keep saying we need to focus on offense in this draft, as if Beane and McDermott have ignored it. Look at last year, 3 of the first 4 picks were offense: Ford, Singletary, and Knox. But, I do agree more help is needed ... a receiver, another quality back if in the right place in the draft, and more o-linemen. And, I wouldn't be opposed to quality QB for a backup role.
