WTH is wrong with you, Ridge? Do you not know how to start a 'Caption This' thread? "At least I'll have my 'Billdo' to keep me warm tonight." How difficult could it be to have to fire 'Joe Dirt'?

Then it would have been thrown out (of the game) again...for helmet-to-helmet contact.

Exactly. He was a modern day Marty Schottenheimer until Mahomes arrived. -

Does Any Team That Passed on Josh in 2018 Draft NOT Regret It?
ExWNYer replied to st pete gogolak's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have a couple of friends who are Giants fans. When I said to one of them that New Jersey NFC was foolish to take a RB that high over a potential franchise QB, his response was, "You're not a Giants fan, why do you care?" 😂 I don't bro. I hope they never win anything ever again. I also remember thinking after Gettleman made that pick that it was the first nail in his eventual coffin. They have no regrets about Nelson for sure but a franchise QB is priceless. McDermott is on record as saying that he was not comfortable taking a QB in that draft without his GM in place. He was hired before Beane. Passing on Mahomes could have been a mistake but they ended up with Tre White and Josh Allen. Their gamble more than paid off. This is far from a "people in glass houses" situation and a silly retort on your part. Maybe know your team before chiming in with an ill-advised snark. -

I liked Bartkowski. He was a good QB in his day. Other than him, my lasting impression of the 1970s Falcons was the Bills foolishly letting dynamic kick returner Wallace Francis get away to them.

I was not disappointed when Marrone quit but I lost what little respect I ever had for him. When he pulled that stunt, I knew he wouldn't have been the right guy to lead the Bills out of the wilderness. Unfortunately, I now have to see his stupid mug prowling the sidelines of my favorite college football team. I absolutely despised the Rex Ryan hiring. That one really pissed me off and left me wondering if this franchise would ever get it right. Thankfully for all of us, they did. Happy days are here again.

It's amazing how many myopic people think that you have to take a RB in Round 1 to get a 'dynamic' player. It's so blatantly false and a not a great use of a top asset. The OL-needy Steelers foolishly eschewed that need and took Najee Harris instead.

She was hilarious on 'The Mary Tyler Moore Show' as Sue Ann Nivens and also on 'Hot in Cleveland' as Elka Ostrosky. She was great in so many things and was a true American treasure/icon. RIP, Betty...and thanks for the many, many, fond memories. -
