  1. Agreed. Good observations. That being said, I'd love it if the Bills landed Luck. Regardless, they should still be drafting high enough to land one of the several perceived "franchise" guys with their 1st Round pick in 2012. Then go O-line in Rounds 2 & 3.
  2. Maybe. Maybe not. But the fact that you led with "WGR" tells you all you need to know. WGR...'nuff said.
  3. And you'd be the first in line to criticize them when they didn't make the "easy decision" and let him walk down the line. This organization has certainly earned its share of derision for over a decade now and deservedly so. But fair is fair and they should also be acknowledged for doing the right thing. Without making the right choices, "easy" or not, how do you effect change and foster a winning culture?? Don't worry, you'll get a chance to blast them again if Kyle doesn't play up to his contract. It's borderline comical that nothing - and I mean NOTHING - that this team ever does or tries to do makes you happy. I imagine you'd be a real joy at a youth soccer game. You truly are a miserable bastard.
  4. Cheap. Hmmm...I guess that explains the fact that they signed Kyle Williams to a 6 year, $39 million extension and the fact that they're trying to lock up Stevie Johnson and, perhaps, Fitz. Sorry, but your "cheap" argument doesn't hold water this time. Take a deep breath and step away from the ledge. Cheap...there's an angle that hasn't been trotted out at every turn. Unfortunately for your case, it's simply not true for every situation. Prone to exaggeration and hysteria much?
  5. I love the Sabres and want both a Stanley Cup AND a Lombardi Trophy for Buffalo and WNY but this isn't even close...a Lombardi, hands down. Anyone on this board saying otherwise doesn't hold football as his or her favorite sport, plain and simple.
  6. It's on the internet, Scott. Haven't you heard...everything on the internet is TRUE. Sheesh.
  7. Not to worry, JR. I'm sure Overdorf will have him shipped out of here for a 5th by morning (a 4th is out of the question due to the injury). By my count, that would be 9 picks next year in which to "build through the draft."
  8. I suppose we'll be labeled "too optimistic", DD.
  9. That's refreshing. A while back, right after Drayton Florence signed, he was on WGR and they asked him if he would be reaching out to any other FAs to join the Bills. His reply? "That's not my job." That's the spirit, Drayton. Thanks.
  10. Hahaha! That's good... BTW, #24...
  11. I don't care Bills fans I just want all your money Signed, old Ralph Wilson
  12. Overdorf rules now Buddy is just a puppet Ralph counts his money
  13. Haven't you heard, Mike? Overdorf already has a plan in place to flip him for a 7th and thereby save on what would've been paid to Morrison. Sheer bean-counting genius.
  14. It tells me nothing other than people on another message board have an opinion of him like the people here have an opinion on Poz. Some like him, some don't. Hardly a definitive assessment of his skills.
  15. No, the Bills are the OLD Lions. The NEW Lions appear to have a bright future ahead of them.
  16. Oh, the irony. Do you not read or remember what you post?? No sooner do you plead for the Bills to "contact all the OT - FA available & find help"...you then turn around a few posts later and say they can't get anyone to sign here because it's "considered like a ticket the Russian front during WWII."
  17. You must seriously be blind, have bad taste...or both.
  18. Not to be morbid but Buddy will be 72 in December...there's a possibility he doesn't outlive Ralph.
  19. 2011 Buffalo Bills: "At least our uniforms are good."
  20. It was probably just cramps...he'll be fine after a Midol.
  21. On the contrary. I'd say it's more likely now than it would have been 40 years ago. And as someone mentioned, previously, there was Perry Fewell. On the whole, I usually enjoy your posts...but you're way off on this one. There really is no basis for your comment.
  22. I couldn't care less. He's not on the Bills...and I've never liked the Broncos.
  23. Why let facts get in the way of a good argument... http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/blackhistory2007/news/story?id=2762569 http://www.nfl.com/player/jamesharris/2515950/profile
  24. "Seriously, dude...I'm a QB. You can't even beat ME at thumb wrestling?!" (BTW...what's up with 'Heat Miser' in the background on the far left??)
  25. Of course nothing will come of this. It's not like NE* was wronged. They're talking about Buffalo & Cincy, the two most irrelevant franchises in the corporate greed league. If true, this would be the ultimate "do as I say, not as I do" on the part of the NFL. How hypocritical would it be to hold any team accountable in the future for tampering?
