  1. that play where the bills went for it on 4th and ja threw the int was brutal. this team is sloppy and needs to get back to conservative solid play
  2. sure is- couldn't believe how thin and light it feels
  3. I found an old Bills drinking glass that I got at a Mobil gas station way back in early 80's some time. Haven't seen it in decades. Pulled it out and washed it, used it for beverages during the Jets game. Boom ! Back on the shelf and won't be used the rest of the season !
  4. I did too- all it took was a few stretching exercises to free it and all was well after a week.
  5. Not too late, I just do not want to see it get any worse. The biggest example of a team getting too big for their heads was the 1985 Chicago Bears. Arguably the most talented roster ever assembled. They were flat out destroying teams and should have won several super bowls and not just one. Coach Mike Ditka was all over the TV and had restaurants and other businesses after that season as were QB Jim McMahon and many other members of the team. Such a waste of talent because they lost focus.
  6. I have watched many a football season and have an understanding of team dynamics. Do you think Kansas City is as good as they were since Mahomes is on every other commercial? Or the Packers? It affects teams, believe it or don't.
  7. The more I see JA doing more and more commercials I cringe. The other day I saw a razor commercial in addition to the snack chips commercials. Commercials take lots of time to make, are a big distraction to a team, team mates get jealous, it creates a superiority attitude (Aaron Rogers) and it causes him to lose focus and appear less committed to winning. Poor team dynamics. Josh- Pleas stop the commercials until AFTER you win a few super bowls! You have plenty of time to be a mega superstar- win first and the world is yours! TEAM first my friend ! The extra curriculars are at the expense of your game and your team. I have seen many a good team fall before they rise! Peace.
  8. The offense has been more matter of fact, less dynamic at times and when things are working we still win. Yesterday and during the tougher games (Loss to Miami) the offense seems to be pressing and inflexible and lacks creativity. Of course QB play enters into the mix but it does seem like the offense has lost some creative spark, adaptability and adjustment flexibility. McDermott was even quoted after the game “I’ll look at the tape but I think we got a little too one-dimensional at times against a good defensive front.” I have to think this is a consequence of the departure of Brian Daboll. Not saying that Ken Dorsey won't recover and adapt, especially since McDermott saw the same thing. At the moment it is something the team needs to work on. It will be interesting to see what happens but this is a definite road block.
  9. Not sure why but it seem as if there is an overall lack of quality play and quality teams this season, probably the worst I can remember. Watching other teams last Sunday was dreadful. Basically the only really good teams are the Bills, Chiefs and Eagles. The Eagles have the benefit of playing a .500 schedule so they are likely a distant third best. There are some rising teams but they have flaws and are winning because everyone else is so bad. No hard evidence of course just my impressions.
  10. As long as we keep pace with the Chiefs that is all I really care about. That tie breaker is huge.
  11. he's right. but one game at a time, please.
  12. Awesome win !!! Thank you B I L L S !!! This one is a huge step for this team. March on down to more wins and secure HFA in the playoffs and blow them out at home to win the AFC title !
  13. white is through the 4-game PUP requirement and oliver tweeted he is ready to play. anyone with insight and info?
  14. yes but there is one team conspicuously absent from your list ! what are your thoughts?
  15. A back injury that causes neurological symptoms like being unable to stand up is just as serious as a concussion if not more so. they have no defense.
  16. understood but pretty much everyone else watching the game saw him unstable and fall to the turf- twice. you get knocked on your head and can't stand up you have a concussion- and that is what the protocol does in part, determine if he has a concussion. you have a concussion you are out- period.
  17. If I were Tua I would get a lawyer pronto and not take another snap until I was thoroughly evaluated by independent neurologists and doctors. If his ability is at all compromised by the Dolphin's negligence that could mean the end of his career or at least the beginning of the end. The Dolphin's would be liable for this. Playing again would greatly affect his case against them.
  18. from what i understand there is nothing wrong with the protocol because it includes "visual symptoms" to determine a concussion. Tua clearly had visual symptoms after the Milano hit.
  19. Mike McDaniel and the team physician should also be fired. What kind of dumb arse coach lets his player back in the game when he couldn't even stand up.
  20. Can't blame that one on poor execution, which were many. Game loss goes to the center Van Rotten who could not seem to snap a ball when Allen was under center.
  21. DO YOU HAVE A SOLUTION?
  22. yes some poor play calling poor execution of some offensive plays josh is still young. imagine his game when he becomes seasoned. look out! defense was on the ball
  23. big time change of course since the nix whaley debacle era
