    my worst nightmare is to have the Bills get the 2, fish get the 7 and They pull a Wade Phillips and start Fitz magic and he goes off...

    The McBeane "process" is one game at a time. Even if they clinch the 2 seed this weekend, doubt they will back off the pedal too much, Daboll might do some pure vanilla, but otherwise, get er done.

    I think Bills do what they have to to get to the 2 seed. If it means fish two weeks in a row in the 716, suspect there will be a sale on frozen tuna...Can't imagine Tua in a 15 degree OP into a west wind.

    I think Bills need to keep the foot on the pedal and eyes on the prize, no prisoners. Rotate if you need to but don't ever let off the gas. Two seed or bust.

    Are the Bills as good as we think/hope we are. Kyler Murray looked like crap today and he beat us, and Brady looked like champion Brady. Original Bills fan here, but hope we aren't on a sugar high. I think trust the process, and take nothing for granted.

    Tickets to the 1963 playoff game vs. the Patsies. We played like crap and lost, but next two years + we were badass. Our seats were bleacher's and the seats were actually formed by a garbage can pressed into the snow. Don't think my dad's hips ever recovered from that day.

    Think it's Kaizen, but yes, a great concept, getting better every day, fixing your problems, think [along with return of key players from injury] that Bills every week are getting better, and every week their problem areas get better. Would love to see the running game get better with 2 -3 January games in the 716.

    Question, since Cam is on a one-year contract and he and McBeane have a history, would he be a potential backup for Josh, similar skill set and size, Josh is likely a better football mind than Cam....

    Diggs has impressed me as a very aware player. If he sees an opportunity, he exploits it. If he sees nothing good is ahead, he protects the ball, and helps his team. What's wrong with that? His skills make everyone else better, e.g. TD passes to 13 different players, including our starting QB.

    I think this game is run the ball, and throw only when you need to. Playoff games in Buffalo in January need a running game, we could have two of them.

    My biggest concern is the Titans, admittedly the pre game was a mess, but they beat the crap out of us, but no Milano, and impaired Edmunds, but Henry in Buffalo in cold weather reminds me of Cookie Gilchrist. Big bad RB with mad skills. BTW I lived through the Music City Miracle in 1999, in a skybox no less.

    Bills played the toughest schedule, lost to the Chiefs missing one of their key defensive pieces [MIlano] and Tremaine was also not 100%. Titans game was an aberration -- NFL disrupted schedules and rewarded the team that didn't follow the protocol. Yes, but if it's cold and nasty, Henry is a granite bowling ball.
