Most football fans, but not Bills fans, that I know think the Bills should have 1 or 2 wins so far this season (Jests and Vikings). Not saying I necessarily agree, but that seems to be the perception. Bills have been "lucky". FG kicker missing 3 out of 3 in a game, opponents top RBs going out in the first series etc.

Thoughts on who will coach Jets in 2015
CodeMonkey replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
But to what end? Is going from 2-14 to 4-12 going to save them any embarrassment? I know what you are saying is correct, but I would feel the same way if it were the Bills. If the Bills were 1-7 or 0-8 right now I'd want the Bills to know once and for all about Manuel and would want him starting the rest of the season. Granted I'm not buying tickets however -

And that's what I don't get about the win games now at all costs mentality of the NFL. At this point, the Jests are done this season. They know what Vick is. Why not let Geno play it out? If he gets better with the experience and wins some games in the process, great. If he doesn't then you know for sure you need a QB and the losing moves you up higher in the draft. Sucks for the people buying the tickets, and they would hear about it (particularly in NYC), but trying to eek out a couple more wins with a known quantity veteran QB makes no long term sense. -
Really? Given that the Bills play the Jests (at home this time) and the Raiders? The Chiefs and the Browns are also winnable, particularly being at home. Lucky to win 2 more?

I was hoping Manning was saving that bad game for the Bills

If I remember correctly, Cowher said before that he would want a franchise QB in place before he would coach a team again. Didn't want to take the time to find, then develop, one himself. Neither the Jests or the Bills have a franchise QB on the roster. I could see the Jests wanting Harbaugh, the question is would he want the Jests. -
Actually I have quite the opposite opinion. No excuses for the media now. If the Bills run the table or close in November and win most in December, which they will need to do to have a shot at the WC, no one will be able to say the Bills backed into it. The teams they are playing, are playing well (except the NYets and Raiders of course). That means no excuses for the Bills either. Just win baby. Put up or shut up. Win and you are in. You get two gifts, but you will have to earn the rest.

Good news for Sammy Watkin - Adidas gear now allowed
CodeMonkey replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I know adidas and all the others are raking it in as well. But "pay us money or we will not allow our employees to promote your products, even though you are paying them to promote your products" is legal extortion. At least I assume it's legal??? -
Bills offer discounts on tix for the Jets game

No one wants to spend good money to see a replay of that **** game of last weekend, not even Jests fans. -

The greed of the NFL as well as other sports never ceases to amaze me. The way they can legally extort companies to give them money for nothing tangible, just so that it will allow it's players to get money for wearing/using said companies products. Amazing. -

Well to be fair, almost any competent DC (maybe even WannaStache) is going to do well with that front 7 to work with. -
Mathematical Model Of The AFC Playoff Picture

Doh! I wish. I didn't get that Yolo was joking (many here say things like that seriously), and the "question" was so off base I should have just ignored it I suppose. -
Mathematical Model Of The AFC Playoff Picture

You seem to be off base here Yolo. In this case I think it means according to the model, neither team has much of a chance. If you look closer, it shows that the Bills have a significantly better chance of making the playoffs than the Jests do. So it is not showing that it thinks the Jests are the better team. -

You must not understand what a mathematical model is. http://lmgtfy.com/?q...hematical model I suspect they are sorted by Elo rating which is the number generated by the model. Yup! And part 2 of that movie is coming out soon! -

Currently shows the Bills about even with the phish, finishing with a 9-7 record and probably not making the playoffs. -
Have you seen the "creepy Rob Lowe" direct TV one yet?

Bills at Jets Postgame - Bye Week Information

Damn son, you are in overdrive this week! -
I have a similar belief, but mine is you need guys that can score from anywhere on the field if and only if your offense cannot sustain drives.

Flat rate of $200 (plus tip). For that much have them pick you up at 5am then stay and tailgate after the game as well

No surprises here. The Bills have sucked for 14 straight years and still had excellent support. Give these fans any kind of decent team and the sky is the limit.
