  1. I guess. But how is that worse than what we witnessed the past couple of games?
  2. Just how desperate are Whaley and Marrone. I don't know, with the Bills out of the playoffs IR Spiller and bring in Tebow? Why the F not at this point. Would increase my desire to tune in anyway. Could the offense play any worse?
  3. Glancing at the remaining schedule, it looks more like 7-9 to me now. Beat the Jests and Raiders, lose the rest. And frankly, the Jests isn't a sure thing after these last 2 games.
  4. This might get some people going.
  5. Not worthless. He would be a great backup. His arm would hold out for 2 or 3 games a season. But he has no business being a starter in the NFL.
  6. That was very nicely put and you have a far greater understanding of the details than I do. The only thing I disagree with is the grounding call. He was under pressure and did throw it away. If Watkins was looking at it and made a move towards the ball then no call. As it was I don't have any issue with it being called. Whether or not Tom Terrific gets called for it is irrelevant in my opinion. Now the PI call on Gilmore was total BS, I agree completely. But the refs didn't lose that game as you very nicely explained. And lastly, even relevant in December would be a nice change.
  7. I don't know. Are there any more retired QBs that have bounced around the league their entire careers the Bills could hire?
  8. I should just copy/paste my profanity filled rant from last weeks postgame thread about this cliche spewing !@#$. First try beating a mediocre team like the fish.
  9. Conservative is not necessarily always a bad thing. You can be conservative and still mix it up and make adjustments at halftime. Just sayin.
  10. Speaking of stoned ... The way the Bills and Sabres have played the past 2 seasons (at least) NY clearly needs to pass the laws for recreational pot use for the sake of Buffalo sports fans if nothing else.
  11. Marrone with Frank Reich as OC. After next season, we will see.
  12. Forget getting stoned ... I think you already are
  13. Now I read that Orton has a toe injury, so Manuel may be starting anyway on Sunday.
  14. The grounding was borderline, but since Orton was under pressure, callable. The PI on Gilmore was a clear cut bad call. But the zebras did not decide that game. The entire Bills organization did (excluding the Pegulas as they are too new), top to bottom.
  15. I'd start Manuel in the two "easy" games, Jests and Raiders, to give him a little more experience anyway. Let Orton play the others.
  16. I was thinking the 12 step program. He obviously shouldn't drink at all.
  17. Updated original post with the ESPN picks.
  18. That game would have been this past Sunday against the Chiefs. The Bills are not in serious contention for the playoffs now.
  19. Kikos underwear...maybe
  20. If you don't care what a bunch of yahoos say then what are you doing here?
  21. You would think right? But it has always been this way. Something to do with the bull **** NFL blackout rules and their designations of primary and secondary markets. Buffalo is obviously primary and Rochester secondary. I just double checked the listings and the game is only on NFL Network here tonight. Plus he barely played Sunday.
  22. Tannehill is not listed on the fish injury report at all so he apparently did not miss any practice time this week. I guess we will see.
  23. Probably tomorrow night during dinner at home. Going out tonight.
  24. According to Nate Silvers Elo rating system, all 3 of the ones you are considering, SF, Cleveland, and Washington all have the same pretty good chance of winning. http://fivethirtyeight.com/datalab/week-11-nfl-elo-ratings-and-playoff-odds/
