I'd actually like to see a complete overhaul of the entire logo, colors etc. I always kinda dug what the Sabres did with their logo/colors back in the 1999, 2000s era. I may be in the minority with this rationalization, but the whole emblem, color flip flops they've done over the years has bored me. Time for a complete makeover!

If there was any worse way for a team to stumble into the playoffs worse than Arizona did today, I'd like to see it. They looked utterly overmatched vs. Seattle at home. Sure, i suppose it could've been just a "bad game" or perhaps there's more to it...

It may just be me, but the Jests appear very uninspired and don't seem to want it very much -

Tyrod Taylor had a quietly spectacular day
Buffalo Beeeews replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Understood but its sort of mind boggling and off putting that the best thing this team's came up with in 16 years is Tyrod Taylor... And as much as he scrambles, while he is good at it, he will never make it through a full NFL season with the defenses in this league nowadays. -
Tyrod Taylor had a quietly spectacular day
Buffalo Beeeews replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I want to like the idea of Tyrod Taylor as our guy for at least the next five years, but here's the problem: Too indecisive when he needs to make multiple reads. First instinct is as if he wants to run if the first read isn't open (who could blame him with the pass protection, or lack there of, this year?). Throws a good deep ball, yet seems to over think and rush the short to intermediate throws, resulting in often over or under throwing receivers. We've seen a million of guys like him that are "okay" over the course of this 16 years and there's a huge difference, if we've learned nothing else during this drought, between "okay" and a bona fide franchise quarterback. Look at the majority of teams that've already qualified for the tournament, look at their quarterbacks: Aaron Rodgers Cam Newton Carson Palmer Russell Wilson Tom Brady "Okay" sometimes is good enough to get you in in certain divisions, and yes, I am aware the Jets have an "okay" QB, but their defense carried them most of the way this year, but when you play in a division where the New England are your opponent twice a year, "okay" usually doesn't cut it. So, while I fully expect Taylor to be the starter in 2016, I'm not gonna agree that it's gonna be the right decision to get this football team into the postseason next year. Tyrod Taylors of the football world are a dime a dozen. -
"The Super Bowl is next week"
Buffalo Beeeews replied to Mr. WEO's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We just barely skated by a horrendous bunch of Dallas Cowboy backups in probably the most hideous game ive witnessed in some time. Boobie and anyone else needs to shut the hell up, because the results will not be the same. We and Rex will get absolutely embarrassed this week, and we will get exposed for the frauds we naturally are... -
I've had this urge several times over the course of this 16 year drought one the Bills were officially eliminated, but never followed through. But tomorrow, I feel, as a devoted fan of this team, I owe it to myself to not put myself through the nonsensical, unnecessary misery and frustration of watching this year's team "play out" the stretch. I can't do it anymore this year. It'd be one thing if this team showed some promise, but its just the way they've lost this year. I literally cannot watch a single play offensively without leering out the corner of my eye, awaiting the "Penalty" graphic to appear, and the sad thing is, more often than not, I'm right I cannot bear to watch another flash in the pan, and or, mediocre or even categorically bad quarterback make our supposed "best defense ever" look like wax paper. Sorry guys. Pumble me or bash my fandom if you must, but for this fan, this year... Enough is enough.

I'VE HAD IT WITH REX RYAN!!!
Buffalo Beeeews replied to Buffalo Beeeews's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You know, I could almost give Rex a pass if the defense was still formitable and we finished 8-8 and the offense was a "work in progress", as well as the discipline/penalty issue being kept in check, but the entire team as a whole, in all aspects I just mentioned above, has absolutely unraveled. Plus, look at some of the boneheaded statements/actions/moves that Rex pulled this year! Tell me which one if these incidents benefitted the 9-7 team we had last year?!: The acquisition of IK Enempkali. What in the hell has IK Enempkali contributed to this football team?! NOTHING! Rex did this for notoriety and to spite the Jets! Wearing a Clemson Football helmet at his presser. Again, a "look at me", nothing-to-do-with-the-task-at-hand move! The guy's a damn side show, and did nothing but sell more tickets to a desperate fanbase! -
No quarterback in the world would succeed with this offensive line. None.

I'VE HAD IT WITH REX RYAN!!!
Buffalo Beeeews replied to Buffalo Beeeews's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The absolute worst thing that can happen for this team at this point is for the Bills to win the remaining two games, one of which would be against one of the only two teams Rex cares about beating, the Jets, and we finish on a two game winning streak, and gives the illusion that things are on the upswing. I will never route against my team, but for the benefit of this franchise in the long run, its best that we finish 6-10 and Rex and his entire staff are fired. -
TIME FOR THE FANS TO TAKE CONTROL
Buffalo Beeeews replied to 1st Ammendment NoMas's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
NO! This is NOT a damn "knee jerk reaction" by fans! This guy, who was supposedly a defensive czar, has turned a team and a city that deserves better into a complete joke with his ways! This goes far deeper than his coaching philosophies. Just the way he carries himself, his narcissism and agenda-driven b.s. is ruining this franchise and if he's retained, this team will progressively get worse..PERIOD! -
I'VE HAD IT WITH REX RYAN!!!
Buffalo Beeeews replied to Buffalo Beeeews's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well the damn scheme is a joke and Terry and Kim Pegula have to know that they made a monumental mistake with this hire. It's inconceivable to watch how much this defense and team for that matter have fallen at the hands of Rex Ryan. The man is an incompetent sorry excuse for an NFL head coach and needs to be dismissed immediately after the game ends Week 17. The only thing Rex ever cared about when he came here was sticking it to the Jets and Patriots. He has and has always had his own agenda rather than producing a good long term product on the field. He's an absolute disgraceful embarrassment to our team and our city and I can't stand to hear anymore of his nonsensical diatribe any longer. GET HIM OUT!!! -
I was one of Rex's biggest supporters when the hire was made last January, but I just don't want to hear anything the guy has to say anymore The post game comments he made yesterday after the Washington loss just about did it for me... "Nobody quit", " It wasn't for lack of effort". Oh really, so, are you telling me that if this game took place earlier in the season, say, when we were 2-1, with the same personnel that we fielded yesterday, that we would've been down 21-0 against that wannabe playoff team? Say what you want, Rex. But yes, your team quit on you yesterday. Maybe not everybody, but it appeared at least defensively, that unit quit on you! Rex has lost the team. Point blank! Nobody is buying into what he's selling anymore on this team, and it appears as if the players are finally seeing Rex for exactly what he is... A dude who writes checks that his ass can rarely cash! Mr. and Mrs. Pegula. Please, do us, the fans, a favor. Take this franchise a little more seriously and part ways with this joke of an NFL head coach. The fans and the community of Buffalo sports deserve better than this...

THE WORST player I have ever seen at his position. At ANY level!
-
While Pittsburgh is on an incredible roll right now (offensively), they've been bitten by the injury bug at key positions on and of through 2015, and I think that's really our only hope. For some reason I'd feel more confident if they were facing Peyton Manning this week rather than Brock Osweiler. As far as the Raiders go, we pretty much need to count on them being the Raiders. The Jets should lose to the **Pats and that would set up a showdown with us in week 17 (if we take care of our business). There, I've wasted 10 minutes of my Saturday. Happy?

Pettine: "Wilson not top tier."
Buffalo Beeeews replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The coach of a 3-10 team with a headcase for a quarterback which, by the way, won't even be in the league in three years, calling a dude whose led his team to two consecutive superbowls (and won one) "not top tier". Seems logical... I'm sure Russell Wilson will be more than happy to prove Mike Pettine wrong on Sunday.AT HOME..
