    Edwards fans should wake up and smell the coffee (so should Edwards, actually, maybe more literally). Edwards career was ended by the Cardinals safety Adrian, last year. Nice he tries again but it is over, he is concussed. I think he made ok money from his contract, he should invest wisely, rather than attempt a Joe Mesi.

    I never bet against the bills, so I wont bet. But I would give the points this week. Law of averages says we won't have anout 4-5 turnovers this week. And without those mistakes by the opposition, the last couple games are a blow-out...loss by the Bills

    Bell will improve and improve more, and be our long time starting LT.

    Wow, the stars are aligning for DJ to crank out a fourth 7-9 season and keep his job again. It is incredible. Oh well, at least that means we still will have Kelsay, too. Not all is lost.

    Ralph was embarrased himself LAST YEAR already after the Jets game debacle. He said, when asked if he would retain Jauron "Did you SEE that play???" But he let his wallet do the thinking and recovered from the shame. He'll do that again. DJ coming back.

    the re-signing of DJ just before last years disastrous 2-8 slide is mostly on brandon. I am sure Ralph would have been fine with waiting

    Does Whitner force fumbles? I dont remember which means probably not too many.

    He has no wear and tear; a useful 3-4 years he may still play. Even if mostly special teams, it is a useful respectable 10 year career. Lots of years, and played in almost every game. Made some cash.

    Byrd is a player no doubt. Brown has shown nothing. Both still to be seen long term but so far, well, I've been wrong before and I'll be wrong again... So far so good go Byrd!

    Trent needs to retire and start to consider the rest of his life. If he does not want to be a Muhammed Ali in a few heachachy years. Simple as that; Fitz is our guy because, he's the guy we have. He is the starter by attrition last year and now this year too, lucky guy. Next year we need someone else.

    Does Donte find the field again when healthy? Both Byrd and Wilson seem to make more plays when they are out there. We had Donte's annual great play that first game already....

    Just think what they can be if they stay together and stay good. It is rare to have that kind of young age parity across a line; not great for this year but going forward this could be special.

    I just saw Billy pushing some new product I guess they have a couple years of backlog stuff. A no-hands system for talking on the phone in the car. Dead or alive Billy is a hell of a pitchman. Now I see him and I can see how coked up he is. Billy Mays there!

    I think many on this board said it before the season - Trent would be out by game 6 or 7. We anticipated it, the coaches really should have also, although who knows with these clowns. Lets hope Fitz is capable. At least somewhat. Draft a qb round 1 or 2. Thats it

    Donte vs. Shobel in key safety stats: INTs: dead heat for the career so far Pick-6s: Dead heat again in key DE stats Shobel has him beat. maybe our best safety and bes character safety, is playing DE.

    outside of Beliceck I cann ot think of a single NFL head coach who would not fall into the good man catagory. So what? The catagory we need to study is the win loss catagory. And there, Dicky is not so nice. But lets give the Bills the benefit of the doubt they are playing .500 ball, better than expectation.

    Let's hope the Bills continue to play well. If the result is 8-8 or worse, let's really hope DJ out... but not count on it. Personally, should the Bills go 11-5 and make the playoffs, I would want DJ gone; witness the 2002 Bears. If and only if the Bills get to the superbowl, win or lose, let's retain DJ. Not sure Ralph shares my sentiments though.

    a QB that does well is ALWAYS a bargain, almost at any price. A qb that does badly.... So far Trent is credible to good this year.
