Theory about Raiders/Gruden
Johnny Hammersticks replied to The Real Buffalo Joe's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Refuse to pay one of the best pass rushers/defensive players in the NFL. Trade of of the better young WR’s in the NFL. Openly state that your franchise QB is “available” for trade. Essentially they traded 2 proven assets for 2 first round draft picks which are not going to be guaranteed “hits.” I think this is less about the best interest of he team, and more about making this Gruden’s team. -
Media trying to get McDermott fired.
Johnny Hammersticks replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ummmm....got us out of salary cap hell. Have had 2 very successful drafts....hitting on a couple late-round gems. Accumulated 10 draft picks and counting for 2019. Yeah, Beane and McDermott haven’t done anything. -
Do you have any ties to your high school still?

Aren’t you exempt from paying school taxes? -
Reggie Ragland trade a win for Buffalo
Johnny Hammersticks replied to Zerovoltz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
At least the new regime was smart enough to move him early and recoup as much as they could before people actually figured out that he was terrible. -
Headed to 2K Classic down in NYC at MSG. Thursday 11/15 vs UCONN and Friday 11/16 winner plays the winner of Oregon/Iowa game. Anyone else going or going to be down in the big apple?

I graduated from Auburn High School, and due to poor turnout for reunions, they went to doing the reunions by decade. They had the 90’s reunion last summer I believe. I didn’t go, but I heard there was a pretty good crowd. I feel like almost 70% of my graduating class (close to 500 students) moved out of state. -

The Ultimate Warrior was always my favorite. Like the Junkyard Dog too back in the day. -

I’d have to see the rest of her body. Based on the mug shot photo...I probably would. Why not? -

Grad in ‘97. Still have plenty of HS friends that I keep in touch with, but have never been to any class reunions. For every person that I would enjoy seeing, there are 20 that I would be completely annoyed talking to. -
Defense’s performance against the Colts
Johnny Hammersticks replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Highly doubt it. This team was never expected to be competitive this year. The defense stunk. The offense’s inability to stay on the field didn’t help matters. -
Tyrell Williams Anyone?

The Rosen Era Has Begun in Arizona
Johnny Hammersticks replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Look...let’s be real because this is getting to be just dumb and boring. Rosen has looked like the more polished signal caller in spurts, but he (just like Allen) also has shown periods of poor “rookie” play. Anyone with half a brain could have told you coming into the season that Rosen has a higher “floor” than Allen at present. Some folks like Rosen’s potential to be successful long-term, and some folks (like me) feel that it is Allen that has the higher ceiling and will ultimately be more successful. Know what? We’re all correct currently. Only time will tell. IMO, ultimately, it’s going to depend more on the structure/supports that are built around each player. -

I would be glad to go down in flames with 1.6B. Bring it on. -
Crazy. On top of breaking NYS HS scoring record in basketball.
