Didn't you just win an award for being a good poster? It needs to be revoked. 😑 Even if he's PS he would still be better than many of the WR's on our roster. He's been working out a lot and posting it on IG. I would have loved to have him and used him in doses so he's not beat up & broken

Wisconsin blog speculating about AJ Dillon and the Bills
boyst replied to machine gun kelly's topic in The Stadium Wall
I keep thinking how many sports cars we have in the garage. How many of these players are finesse perfectionists. Hines and Cook are not muscle car, the old reliable truck, or the utility wagon. The only one who, perhaps, is beyond a finesse player on the roster is Knox. -

Murray is Duke Johnson this year. A vet who can be practice squad break glass when fire kind of guy. Harris is insurance at the short yardage for Cook is not a 3 down back. -
that urgency, that mojo, that sense of goign onto the field and hammer down was obvious against the Rams. they came to take lunch money of the defending super bowl champ without acknowledging anything, anyone on that team. they dominated. they had the titans come to their house and they straight nut shot them quickly and walked over them the rest of the game. got to miami and their high energy cockiness got put in check when they realized it's not going to be a cakewalk. i look at that as a big ***** in the armor and a shot where other teams saw that they can beat the Bills. after that we pulled a victory from KC, got lucky against GB, got beat around by the Jets, had the Vikings expose how unbalanced and undercoached we were, and then a few weeks later had a miracle save us in Detroit. last year was weird, but we were not as good as our schedule. in 2023 we may not get beyond our record of 2022 but we will be a better team even if we do not play as well or win as many games.

I keep wanting to think this but can't see where they regressed. Any thoughts?

3 parts to this: 1- what's it take to win the East? Sweeping the east for any team isn't happening. Going 2-0 against anyone but the Pats is unlikely. 3-3 in the division is comfortable to bet 2- how many wins will it take to win the East? Id guess 12 3- easier schedule? Miami. The defense can stop the pass, the front 5 are a weakness. If the offense can keep Tua alive they can easily win the East.

Jets are releasing WR Denzel Mims if they can't trade him.
boyst replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
I can't pass on him as depth. Harty is small, Sherfield overrated, Shakir was super inconsistent last year, this guy has a chance to be our 5th WR. -

Big body I'd like to have as depth. 4.38 40. If he's cut offer him asap -

The desire by some people to continue to disparage the South as an archetype personified by classical misconceptions. -
Do research before buying mattresses. You can usually avoid the big fancy marketed labels and buy the same thing much cheaper. Casper is made by Leggett & Platt, who also makes several other mattress brands. Leggett & Platt is basically the GM of furniture. They make the internals for many, many types of seating. You can buy direct from Leggett. You can also buy the cheaper versions they make which only has differences in the fabric applied atop. Regardless, if you go for a pocketed coil mattress it is one of the best. Purple is terrible, the brand that is. I ran production for a L&P for a while.

It's a lot more complex then this, sadly. The state laws were not always honored in smaller communities, etc. This is not the place nor time to get into it. -
Good job on losing weight.

Did you see the small indentions in the old bricks? Almost like finger prints? Those were from the slave children who at 4-5-6 and up had to turn bricks as they set. Regardless, that was just 1 example of what went on in NYC. Slavery continued in the north even after the civil war began and ended. History, and what we learn of it, is weird. -
If it's as frustrating as putt putt; the slow wait 20 minutes between the operation, etc then i can't take it seriously. It would be just a hobby with friends, and then I just couldn't motivate myself to care or spend the money. Not trying to be a stick in the mud. I just can't even bring myself to try. 🤮

i would appreciate the exertion, surely. i walk 3-4 miles at llunch every day. take a 1-2 mile walk every evening with the family. mountain bike weekly 15ish+ miles. exercise 6 days a week for 90 minutes. swim laps at least once a week. with 30 minutes of yoga/mobility a night. the time to learn to golf would take away from this just to walk to my ball 3 hit errantly from the tee. i burn 3,500-4000 calories a day, 1500-2000 in activity a day. pre back injury i included running 40 miles a week with a 14-16 mile run on sunday mornings. prebaby i climbed twice a week, as well.

Christian okoye running through anyone. Backing your QB up to your end zone then throwing a hail Mary to the other EZ for a TD. -
I have always wanted to get into it but also can't stand it and get bored with even putt putting. It's not exerting enough, distracting enough, and too slow. I don't think I'll ever appreciate it. To me it's like fishing: a waste of time. This post isn't to degrade or insult it - just express my frustration that it is something I'd like to try, get into, experience but cannot.

Same conversation had today. Every month I go through acts coming to the area and decide if there are any I want to keep my eyes on. If the venue/artist/price/distance all meet the equation then I'll go. Boy George is coming to a smaller underground club venue. I forget the day of the week, and it's an hour away. But, if the tickets are $30 and I have nothing else to do id consider it because I'm sure it's a fun show and I get to sign kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-kama-chameleon in person. I forge the act a coworker and I are considering - I saved it on my work scheduler - but it's at a LiveNation location. So I will keep my eye on it. The day of the concert ant unsold tickets (usually there are a hundred or so) are listed for $20 as an upgrade. It's a few hidden clicks to get there on the app but it's worth it. I have talked about it many times. I saw REO Speedwagon & Chicago, The Pixies & Weezer, 30STM, Willie Nelson, Sturgle Simplson, and Elvis Costello this way. I got the upgrade before the actual tickets many times. Id wait until just before the show and buy lawn seats for dirt cheap ($12 for Weezer) and with the pit upgrade ($30) I spent a fraction of the $200 face value, $300 markup ticket. I share this because you can really catch some great shows this way. Including lesser known, less popular acts. Erasure, Pop Evil for example. You can also catch big time acts doing side gigs when touring on a big tour. Marilyn Manson in a venue of 1000 people, and Angels And Airwaves Tom DeLongs side gig for a while. Manson was doing shows with Rob Zombie on weekends and on a Wednesday went to a small ass place, DeLong had booked like 6 shows that year. I can walk you through it if you want. Just text me some time. Sometimes that's the best concert. In fact, I've heard Rumors (the Fleetwood Mack cover band) is just as good. And there are two Chicago cover bands just as good. Chicago is lame in person. They don't play all of their greatest hits. They play some. The cover band plays them all, just as good and just as fun. And Chicago these days only has like 3 original members anyway. Oh, another fun band to see is the Marshall Tucker Band
