  1. Again with the Browns s***?!! Every f****** offseason we have to hear about the f****** Browns! The Bills are the better squad...
  2. God, the whining in these types of threads is ridiculous. I remember in 1990 freezing my a$$ off watching the Bills pummel the Cardinals at the stadium- November game. Worst weather imaginable- snow, sleet, ice, 40 mph winds. Kelly threw 4 TDS and we put 45 points on the board, in spite of fact that the field looked like a ice-glazed parking lot. Quit 'ur b!tchin!
  3. It's infuriating that the league is forcing other teams (Pitt, Buff, KC) have to accomodate Coach Seabass and his merry band of dips**s down in Tenn.
  4. "Hey guys, Ranting Ron here! We're having a special event in Hamburg this Saturday, There'll be plenty of free beer and liquor. All you need to do is bring a firearm (make sure it's loaded). Gonna be a blast!"
  5. Wasn't enamored with the ST units last season, but I'll cut him some slack. And how can you bash a guy with a cool name like "Heath Farwell"? I think I might begin using it as a pseudonym. I can only use Dixon Cider or Philip Oliver Holz so often.
  6. I would agree that some race car drivers are more mentally-taxed throughout the duration of a race than any athlete anywhere. But I also think a majority of them are so fearless that you could conclude they're actually sociopaths, and aren't inclined to be stressed about much of anything. I would argue that a "closer" in MLB could be the most stressful role in sports. These guys have to sit there all game long waiting for their chance. And then some of these guys go off the deep-end or flame out when they fail- see Donnie Moore, Calvin Shiraldi, Mitch Williams, etc. That's why I think Mariano Rivera may be the greatest athlete over the last 25 years.
  7. I think video screens with Marc Miller would create an ambient mood for games
  8. This is one of those great days in Bills' fandom. "Tyler Thigpen Ball to the Head Day", and "Dan Carpenter Helmet to the Face Day" are also tremendous holidays!
  9. Good for Gore! I've admired him since he was playing with Jim Kelly and Bernie Kosar at the U.
  10. I think this guy's on to something. The Bills could sign Todd Gurley, then package him along with Lee Smith and, let's say Star or Trent Murphy, and Darnold could be ours!!
  11. Hopefully Wegman's will begin to carry John Murphy's favorite cereal as well-
  12. And Roman will emulate Marty Mornhinweg in the process.
  13. John Dorsey in Cleveland is salivating over the chance to put in a waiver claim for Walton.
  14. I love that Rudolph avoided punishment because it pi$$e$ off Browns fans in particular. That is all that I saw on twitter this morning- Browns fans trying to pin Garrett's contemptible stupidity/ roid rage on Rudolph. Browns fans constitute the sludge at the bottom of the barrell.
  15. Daboll is what he is....ordinary. This offense is all about the head coach-it's to his liking. Attempting to win games 12-9 is McDermott's natural inclination. Until SMcD recognizes that Bronco Nagurski football equates to mediocrity, then maybe the offense will open up. Don't hold your breath, though.
  16. Uh, oh...Shad Khan's gonna be pissed. I guess the--St.Louis/San Antonio/San Diego/Oakland--Jaguars has a nice ring to it though.
  17. Is it time for powdered wigs to come back as a fashionable look? NO Is it time for the government to put Richard Nixon's face on Mt. Rushmore? NO Is it time for Ford to revive and begin producing the Pinto once again? NO Is it time for the Bills to place Chris Kelsay's name on the Wall of Fame? NO Is it time for Francis Ford Coppola to make Godfather IV starring Vin Diesel as the new Don? NO Is it time for the Buffalo Bills to play in a dome? Hell No!
  18. If there's any fanbase that should hold off sneering at an opposing team's kicking foibles, it should be Bills fans.
  19. Zay Jones is Josh Reed without the talent. But at least Reed was the third option in offenses that featured Eric Moulds and Peerless Price. Jones is the third option behind John Brown and Cole Beasley?!!! If you're to find out as to whether or not Allen is the answer at the QB position, he needs talented skill players surrounding him. This WR crew leaves a whole hell of a lot to be desired- and Jones is the least gifted of the entire unit. But at least he blocks well....
  20. Will the Bills stand strong and true, or will they collapse like a folding table impacted by a Kiko Alonso jersey-clad nimrod saturated with a gallon of Labatt Blue? If Allen plays, will he apply any lessons from yesterday's debacle? Or will he continue to try to emulate Michael Vick in a prison-league game? Questions.....
  21. We all know the moon is not made of green cheese. But what if it were made of barbacue spare ribs, would you eat it then?
  22. With the experienced, talented Punters in the market- this seems odd. It's like Brandon Beane has been offered a chance to see Springsteen in concert, but declined 'cause he already has tickets to see Rick Springfield that same night.
