Is wide receiver a difficult position to learn? I would tend to think that it is one of the positions where players make an immediate impact without the need for an "apprenticeship."

Does the Wonderlic test require any type of memorization? Standardized tests are supposed to allow a consistent comparison between people since school curriculum and the level of difficulty / quality of courses can differ widely. That said. They only are part of the overall evaluation of a candidate. So if you have something else going for you then that certainly helps. Many schools unfortunately will not read an app if the scores are too low.

Is 21 a good score for a QB? I thought QBs should score in the high 20s at least.

There is likely talent there. But throwing for 300 yards with the loaded offensive talent on Philly is not really a good indicator or predictor of success elsewhere.
