  1. PFF rank #11 Brown, Trent (cin) #22 Dawkins #32 Brown, Spencer #45 Brown , Orlando (cin)
  2. not at Tempo someone named Angeline covered up the signage
  3. diggs to dallas not looking good....lol https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/cowboys-position-on-long-rumored-trade-for-96-million-star-still-firm-report/ar-BB1k2XWi
  4. nothing special... PFF Safety rankings out of 95 qualified Blackmon #38 Poyer #46 Hyde #53 Edwards #82 Rapp #85
  5. josh gives him a stiff arm and sends him flying....
  6. i'm with ya....diggs put this all to bed....for last season (2023). has he said anything similar for 2024 ? i mean his brother keeps talking he needs to get out of buffalo, sources in the league (lombardi for one) say he's in play to be traded, diggs himself posts cryptic . teams and players say positive stuff during the season all the time, hide their true feelings and then before next season even starts they are cut or want out. he has a history of doing this, forcing his way out, there's too much smoke to be nothing. i prefer he stays in buffalo and puts this to bed again, for this season.
  7. now that he's done cleaning up the mess he created....(lol...sarcasm) he already tipped his hand on adding a new DT & Safety
  8. if the bet is week 1 of 2024 regular season.....take the bills......easy money
  9. unlikely anyone signs him until he's fully recovered if he did sign soon, would be incentive laden on playing time and the team probably wouldn't activate him in 2024. after checking his options......i bet he comes back as a bill in 2025
  10. "totally off the books" ?? ....... is not the way i look at it. anything under the heading "DEAD CAP" is on your books. it's money deducted from your total cap for players not on your team. you can't use it . it counts against you. diggs current DEAD CAP for 2024 is $49.6 mil. sure if you designate "june 1" you can split that up over 2 season (2024 & 2025). wether its one or two seasons, it's too much. to me, it makes no sense to do that. his cap hit is $27.8 in 2024 and $27.3 in 2025 you would save very little money. the most likely scenario if you were inclined to part with diggs is AFTER the 2025 season. his dead cap would be $13.4
  11. diggs samuel kincaid shakir cook rookie (i just think they ease him in) knox hollins
  12. diggs isn't mr innocent in all of this. he knows anything other than the company line will create an umm...."distraction". yet he persists. but the teams hold most of the power. it's a ruthless cut throat business where you go from the penthouse to the outhouse in a blink. as i have previously mentioned, diggs has a clause in his contract where his 2024 salary fully guarantees 03/17/2024 (yesterday). i'm sure his agent was seeking clarity and beane was non committal. he hears from "sources" he's in play and may be moved. it's unsettling. "ready for watever" ..... is acknowledgment of the uncertainty
  13. diggs is an absolute elite stud. anyone who commands constant double teams is worth their weight in gold. unfortunately our WR2 was a complete failure on so many levels. that should change in 2024 with the additions of Samuel and hopefully pick #28. expect to see a motivated diggs prove his detractors wrong
  14. #1 - ATL added QB Kirk Cousins, WR Darnell Mooney, WR Rondale Moore #2- WASH smart. added Running back Austin Ekeler (two years, $11.43 million), guard Nick Allegretti (three years, $16 million), center Tyler Biadasz (three years, $30 million), edge rusher Clelin Ferrell (one year, $3.75 million), linebacker Bobby Wagner (one year, $6 million in guarantees), linebacker Frankie Luvu (three years, $36 million) and safety Jeremy Chinn (one year, $4.1 million). #3- PIT adding those two QB's on the cheap. QB Russell Wilson, LB Patrick Queen, CB Donte Jackson (acquired via trade with Panthers), WR Van Jefferson, QB Justin Fields HM: GB, HOU, PHI
  15. wouldn't it be great if pit used their first round pick on a QB....lol
  16. fields is counting $3.22 cap hit to Pit for 2024 fields is counting $2.77 dead cap to Chi for 2024
  17. Fields 5th yr option is $25.664 million got til may 2nd to decide
  18. shakir caught 86% of his targets.....he is very under rated Samuel caught 68% of his targets.....but yea, he's better than shakir it's true that wash primarily had samuel line up in the slot....but that was because of the other wash wr's. he can play the outside with ease hopefully the bills still use their first round pick on a future WR1. that puts samuel as the guy who moves all over. the only thing this offense would be missing is a true center. i'm not a fan of moving mcgovern over and replacing him with edwards.
  19. that'll work out to about $10 mil per game....lol
  20. YEAR / CAP / DEAD / SAVINGS 2024 /$27.8 /$31.1 / (3.3) 2025 /$27.3 /$22.2/ $5.1 2026 /$28.4/$13.4/ $15.0 2027 /$22.5/$4.5 / $18.0 2028 / UFA just based on the dead cap, the contract says we keep diggs for 2024 & 2025. think about moving on in 2026 or 2027. based on talent, with the addition this season of a legit WR2, i think diggs will return to elite status. if however, he doesn't want to be here or is gonna be a constant distraction......that's another set of calculations. you could justify making 2024 his last. taking a big hit in 2025....but freeing up big space in 2026 & 2027.
  21. "ready for watever" most likely means the bills have not indicated to him or his agent if he will be on the team in order to trigger this clause in his contract: 2024 salary fully guarantees 03/17/2024 he may know he's in play to be moved if the right offer comes along. maybe he cares so much that his self defense mechanism makes him act like he doesn't care. obviously everyone is better off if he says nothing.
