i'd say advantage TT the going rate for a current starting nfl qb is $20 mil/yr (osweiller, tannehill) TT will be getting that if he becomes an UFA. the bills without TT will be a chit show of has-beens. i'd say the chances of TT getting more money is greater than the bills getting a better QB than TT
