I take it because of my stroke and recently didn't take it for a few weeks to see if it was really working anymore. I noticed forgetting names of famous people or searching for words, like what happened right after the stroke. Going back on it. I was criticized for saying Biden has signs of early dementia, because I take care of my mom and and am not an expert. I am going on what I see with my mom every day, When she's in bed or sitting at the table, she is very nice and calm. We pay my brother's friend to come over to clean and dress her every day. It took me and her the better part of an hour today to get mom dressed and out of bed. As soon as she starts washing mom , mom start with a blood-curdling scream or wail and starts swinging. Today I had to keep her arms occupied (Mom has almost superhuman strength in her arms-most be the exercises we make her do to help her stand up with her walker at the toilet).Now, when she's eating at the table and the rest of the day she'll be a pussycat. In the evening she will suddenly not like something I said and refuse to talk to me. We get her into her nightgown and back to the table and it's as if her tantrum never happened.Like living with Jeckyl and Hyde. This is every day. So if someone says I don't know what I am saying or making it up, expect a tirade from me. I am writing this today because it was hard on me today and based on the my first paragraph above, I expect more snarky comments today.

When I see people putting kids on the railing at the falls, I always look away. Takes me about 20 seconds to sidle up to the railings there.
