  1. No way of reasonably speculating this at this juncture. Got to play out the season before I could entertain this thought.
  2. I somewhat agree with this sentiment. There is already some speculation from some corners of Bills fan land that they are sabotaging the season for the future and this would only reinforce those views and very likely bring on a whole new contingency of people who would justifiably buy into that belief. Having said that, if they could get a good young receiver in Adams and let's say a third rounder, that certainly would be something to entertain. However, the article is completely based off of pure speculation, there really is nothing to it.
  3. Of course you wouldn't see it. Because, well.....You are you
  4. It most certainly is not a nothing burger. It was as about as clear of an indirect criticism of T.T as you will see, which is not new to anyone who has been paying attention over the years.
  5. That's what I'm pretty sure what this is about. To get another look at him vs starting caliber players to see if he has what it takes. Some posters don't get that.
  6. This is what I'm hoping, which is that they realize he isn't physically where he needs to be at this point and that they believe he could be a good player within their system and are just working him slowly into the system.
  7. Pure speculation. Not a single person was sourced
  8. Yes, if they indeed are shopping Ragland, the fact that they moved him to the third team and playing towards the end of the game I would imagine lessens his trade value. You would think they'd want to showcase him. Now if they do plan on keeping him and are just playing it safe and have evaluated that they should bring him up more slowly until he fully heals then that would seem to make more sense.
  9. That's encouraging, as well as the Matthews news. Lord knows we need them both
  10. I'm not wanting to do any of that, just posting an article.
  11. I hope they have enough faith in him this year so that they don't select a QB next year.
  12. From the article:
  13. Secondary I believe is the shakiest unit.
  14. I respect T.T as a man so much and I think he's a leader among men. His work ethic and desire to succeed is where you want your QB to be. I just hope he can develop his QB skills enough to become our guy. I'm just not sure he has it in him.
  15. Saints started a thread pertaining to this and had point blank asked me how we should judge the Bills this upcoming year. My answer was that I wanted this team to be moving in the right direction towards the end of the year. Meaning I'd like to see an improvement almost across the board from the beginning of the season to the end of the season. I don't believe when you have a new GM/Coach who are rebuilding towards the future that it is fair to wholly judge them by their wins and losses in their first year. Rather than Wins and Losses the better metric to judge an incoming regime is to look at the general direction the team is headed in. Cutting down in penalties, points per game scored moving higher, points given up going down etc etc.
  16. It's always a tough year for Bills fans and coaches. Having said that, this year could be potentially be even worse than normal. I'm guessing anywhere from 4-12 to 9-7. Floor-ceiling.
  17. Most likely not. And maybe he did retire because of what you and others were hyperventilating about or maybe he was being sincere. I don't know, for me it could go either way but I won't pretend to know for sure and unequivocally state it one way or the other. I'll leave that for those that are all about the Hot takes.
  18. I thought he retired because Sammy was traded and the Beane/McD essentially pulled a bait and switch on him or something like that.
  19. Anyone who actually believes that he was here to "win a championship" is deluding themselves.
  20. I don't know but T.T should be the unequivocal starter at least for the first half the season unless he absolutely tanks it or gets injured. Having said that, I do see the promise in Peterman, even though his accuracy under pressure needs to improve but he seems to see things that T.T is unable to see and he throws with anticipation and decisiveness from the little I've observed. I think he's in good position to become a solid back up in this league at worst and possibly an NFL caliber starting QB.
  21. After reading McD's comments, he does seem to be a lot more ambiguous regarding T.T's hold of the starting QB position. I'm a bit surprised by that.
  22. The problem with trading Tyrod is that you are essentially telling your team that we're tanking for the year. I don't think that sort of message would play out well not just with the fan base but within the locker room. Don't see this happening, yet.
  23. Yes, T.T should absolutely be the starter. Peterman should only come in if T.T absolutely tanks during the year or if he's injured.
