    This is a great point, however, this game is bout how Josh does against their defense, which was stifling and made the 49ers look silly. In the playoff game, our complete inability to get any offense going for most of the game was also a big reason why we lost.

    The Phins beat the Broncos and scored 70 points, those same Broncos that beat the Chiefs yesterday. The 49ers crushed the Steelers and Cowboys and now have lost 3 in a row. This season is a wild ride... most EVERYONE looks mediocre at times.

    Should the Bills hit a major block over the next 5 games, WE MUST have the Bengals LOSE... they are an AFC opponent that could win a tiebreaker and therefore we need them to lose.

    I have had people work for me who worked very hard at what they do, no discipline problems, prepared, but when it is time to execute they struggle. It's extremely frustrating but in the end you would hope that experience breeds familiarity and improvement. McDermott seems like he is not getting better...

    He doesn't make the best decisions...ones that involve our offense, time outs and keeping players focused. His poor decision making causes many of the problems that plague this team. His loyalty to Dorsey will probably get him fired if we have a poor November when the heart of our schedule comes calling.

    It should NEVER have come to that though!!! The offensive coaching staff under Dorsey is really proving itself to be incapable of utilizing the pieces we have. Was it Dorsey or McD leading this Kincaid suppression? Loyalty to Knox? I don't know what it was but it only took them 8 frigging weeks and Knox on IR....
