If McDermott sticks his nose into the offense and certain players like Davis and Cook aren't allowed to be assigned properly (Davis less PT, Cook more PT) or certain expectations of a time eating offense must be used then Joe Brady is being set up to fail massively. I am not hopeful because McDermott seems to be mismanaging personnel and has alienated Daboll and Frazier... I feel REALLY BAD for Joe Brady.

The interconnection between schools and teams should be questioned... since results are falling off, loyalty must fall by the wayside because in the end the NFL is a results driven business. I am very concerned that McDermott is not drawing from talent but from familiar connections.
