For those posters who want to keep Fitz for another year.... I mean come on SERIOUSLY?? If Fitz starts next year opening day I just wont even bother to watch...period. enough he's a backup, pay him like one or BYE BYE

When March rolls around and if the Bills don't pay Fitz his bonus then this would make alot of sense.

I agree I want him gone last year. Good guy, tough but cant make your team win. He had 3 yrs. If you cut some more of these guys who cant win and bring in some guys who can maybe, just maybe we might be on to something.

Not a surprise to me I thought his play dropped off after a good first year with us. Now I think they have to go LB in the first round if this is true.

the Bills have what 19-20 mill in cap room? They had to ask Fitz to redo his contract. It was smart of them to do so. He plays like a backup so pay him like one. I think Fitz is smart enough to at least consider it. He has to know they are looking to replace him. Being a backup in the NFL is not a bad job. I don't like the fact the Bills put themselfs in this situation but it is what it is.

Just maybe we got a coach that can be a good judge of talent. something Chan and his staff was terrible in. I hope the house cleaning continues.

We need LB's in the worst way. but QB trumps that's because they can win a Super Bowl for you. I would be happy with a LB-QB or QB LB in the first 2 rounds. Then another LB, WR, and another LB....and another LB lol

I heard the interview. Said he played basketball to stay in shape . Basketball will get you into shape. So it wasnt like he didnt do anything. I did the same thing to keep in shape when I played college ball. That plus doing some weightlifting to maintain my strength. Everybody is different when it comes to training. Basketball worked for him. But if I were to give his some advice I would say he needs to do some legs presses and some different legs building routines. That would get his legs strong thus less injuries to the groin area, which he had problems with.

Dickerson was better on WGR than Schoop and Bulldog anyday. He said some stupid stuff on the air but at least he was pro Bills. He took a couple of calls of mine and actually let me get my questions in before cutting me off. After he left I basically stop listing to WGR.

The Bills D last year was the worst I have seen this club field in a long time. The need D. Badly. Even tho they played better towards the end of the season they need more talent back there. Dareus is gonna come back focused. Gilmore is going to have a pro offseason, Mario is going to used better. Kyle is gonna be healthy...maybe? They have some pieces. But one of the thing they need the most is a pass rushing LB. If they play some 3-4 they are going to have to draft some. So I would draft the best LB on the board first round. I have said in the past that Nassib should be first but he could be there in the Second Round easy. Think this is where I gotta get a QB. Then in the 3rd look for a WR or another LB.

Ogletree makes the most sense right now. After watching the Senior Bowl none of the QB's outside of Manuel did anything to put themself in the first round. FA is where i think we get one QB, then we can draft one in the second. But who knows what the heck will happen draft day.

Revis when healthy is worth it. No doubt. Problem is he's not right NOW. Who is gonna to be dumb enough to overpay for a guy near 30 coming off major knee injury.?? He going to have to prove himself all over. Can he come back like AP? Maybe but we shall see.

We still have to draft a QB anyway, ok maybe not in the first but round 2 yes. We dont have a QB on the roster we can win with. We have to do our best to find a guy that can can move the chains and win. I hope the Bills get lucky like Seattle did, that's draft a guy they think can do it.

The Jets cant afford him, not with the salary cap issues. Revis it seems has priced himself out of NY. Which is good because if he goes he is out of the division. So I think we should be happy he is likely out of the AFC east, which is a victory for us because it greatly increases our chances of beating the Jets. I don't think we need Revis, the cost would be too great. Gilmore , McKelvin are the starting CB's and now will be getting much better coaching. I think Pettine is gonna coach these guys up. the whole D for that matter.
