+1 My hope is the Bills look hard at Nassib. hopefully he plays well in the snow even though he played in the Dome in the 'Cuse. If we get a QB and LB in the first 2 rounds I will be very happy.

I dont think Russ is liking the results Chan has giving them. They see what we see. They have to do something to re-energize the fan base. Hiring Jim Kelly back into the organization can't be anything but good. But what role will he have? That's my question. OP is right. Ralph has to make the call. Buddy wont fire Chan. That's his guy. If that's the case Mr. Wilson is going to have to fire them both. I see it like this. Ralph is I hope as least pissed about how the season went down and rightfully so. Somebody has to take the fall. Fans should worry about Buddy's save his ass speech. If he convinces Ralph that all we need is a better QB for Chan's system and another WR to go with him than yea its 50/50 Chan stays. But no matter what I think Wanny is gone. Even though its early in the draft thoughts I think this draft is close to what we need to happen. I dont think the Chiefs will move from the number one spot. They need a QB just as much as we do. Chan is not seeing things clearly. Fitz has been a loser for 3 seasons now. What more do you want to see ?? I have seen enough. The OP is correct...Chan is so stubborn , his man love for Fitz it's gonna cost both men their jobs. Why they didnt make T. Jackson a gameday backup is beyond me. Your right. The fact that the Bills thought that Fitz was the guy to get them to the playoffs set this organization back . It shows the lack of talent in the scouting department as well as Chan's ability to measure talent. First he started Trent when everybody knew he sucked. Then he sticks to Fitz even though he sucks worse than Trent did. They bring in VY who had a better record than Fitz and in my eyes never gave him a thought. Then he keep Thigpen who is worse than VY. They bring in T. Jackson and don't even make him second string even though he's better than Thigpen. They hang on to Merriman even though he is just stealing checks . I dont get it for the life of me. PS I do give Buddy credit for bringing CJ here. He is one of the best backs in the league. But our dumb head coach refuses to use him correctly. But Buddy has missed on some picks as well and poor drafting has hurt this team more than anything.

But he was the coolest guy on the team and everybody liked him and I felt it was my duty to protect him. Plus if we won beers was on him after the game at our so called team victory bar on Parkside across from the Zoo for those who are local to Buffalo.

I played O-line in College. To hear a Pro on purpose letting his QB get hurt makes me want to kiss his ass for real. I hope they reduce his Pension plan, I really do.

If we get lucky and Teo falls to us we got to take him. We need LB's just as bad as QB. The only way we get Geno Smith is to trade up. I would love for the Bills to do just that but I dont see it happening. What if they go and get say Alex Smith. They could get Smith, Teo and still draft a QB like Nassib. If they go into next season with Fitz as QB they just wont sell any tickets. I think they finally realize that Fitz is a backup. What took them so long God only knows lol

Almost everybody in the media, folks here on the board know that Chan is holding this team back. He Chan gonna lose his job he might as well die hard.But he doenst even use his best weapon. (CJ) . That should get him fired for that alone. On the NFL network on the coaches show they asked should Chan give up the playcalling duties and just be Head Coach. Even guys how don't follow the team know that being an OC and HC is just too much. Playcalling is a tough job. You really almost have to think 2 plays ahead at all times when we have the ball. How can you do both? I blame Buddy in this also. He has to see what we see. If he is not think of replacing Chan at this point he has to go as well.
