I think what your saying is true. There is a lack of urgency to win now. At all costs. Like make a move to get a QB . They had a chance to get Cam, Dalton, JJ Watt, Clay Mattews . Part of it is very poor drafting.That why Bill Polian was so good when he was here. I'm not saying rehire the guy but when he was here he was in CHARGE. He knew what we needed to win. Remember how we got C.Bennett? They know Marv included, that if things didnt go Bill's way Bill was gonna cuss somebody out. There is nobody I my eyes that is the true leader of this thing. Ok here we are Bills Fans. No playoffs again. I have bashed the team all year. With it being Christmas season I kinda feel sorry for them. One thing is true tho. I don't think Chan's going anywhere. Buddy has said this already. You know how I feel about that already. So with that in mind there are some things they can do right now to help them get better and give us fans a reason to watch. 1. Somebody in upper management should have a sit down with Gailey . Ask him, err demand him to use Spiller more. No excuses. Don't care where it comes from but I would prefer Buddy do it. It can come maybe CJ should talk to Buddy about it. Its clear to all Bills fans and media that Spiller is the better running back now . Why the Bills upper mangement lets this to go on is beyond stupid. 2. Prepare Tavaris Jackson to play and play him. Fitz is 5-8 this season. We know what Fitz can do. Time to see what T. Jackson can bring to this team. 3. Play Marcus Easley. You dont still know what we have in him and this is a perfect time to find out. 4. Let Searcy start at SS. Time to let the kid grow.

I loved the RG3 deal when it was made. The Redskins realized that they were get nowhere without a QB and they put all the chips on the table on a player that had everything you wanted in a modern day QB. Maybe Shanahan is great because he knows you go know where without a quailty QB and convinced Snyder to make the move. It was a risk yes but barred injury RG3 is gonna be one of the greats to play in the pros. You can see he has it. The Bills had a chance to do the same thing with Cam. they blew it. Cam is better than Fitz right now. Cam and CJ in the same backfield?? The Bills were hoping that Cam fell to them. The Redskins KNEW that RG3 wasnt falling to them and made the correct move to go get him. I understand why Shanahan didnt want to come here now. No way he was gonna get his QB here because we a too cheap of an organization to make a bold move like that. The Redskins are better than the Bills because of Coaching and a better QB. When will OBD ever learn??

Brain Billick was interested in the job. Did not get an interview.We had Perry Fewel as intern. Did get an interview but to me it was a token one. There are good coaches out there. Do there want to come to Buffalo? I bet there are a few that would want to take a team with plenty of talent all ready here. We know that Chan isnt the one. He hurting the team more than helping. So we have to make a change.

As you say players are already jumping ship. As Captain of the ship (GM) you have to not let your players jump ship. So you have to do something to bring them back and give them hope. Who cares the seasons over, 8-8 is not going to get you there. Do something to wake the team up. Let them know bad coaching that loses games for you will not be accepted. Because after the coach takes the fall the players will be next. And thats motivation.

Reid is just as pass happy as Chan is. I don't know if Spillers touches would go up that much. Plus they would have to pay him too much to come to Buffalo. But he would be an upgrade over Chan over Chan. They had a chance to keep Perry. Let let him go. Lets face it , the Bills are not that smart.

This has not been Fred's year at all. What a shame after last season. Get well soon bro. But its CJ's team now and I want to see if he can do better than last year after he stepped up for Fred.

Ralph has to fire Chan today. Let Wanny be interm HC. Let OC Modkins ( or they say he is a corinator) run the offense. Let Doug Wailey run the football side as soon as the season ends. Keep Buddy as an advisor until after the draft.. Let Wailey pick his own QB. Let him move up in the draft whatever it takes to get a QB that can win right now out of College. Who that QB is I don't know but if we came back with Fitz and Gailey next yr Russ is not going to be able to fill those seats.

Its Buddy's call to fire Chan. But we all know Buddy won't do it. Only Ralph can fire Chan at this point. And if it were to happen it would be after the Season. So if it doens't happen say a week after the season end. Chan will be back next year. If that happens we are stuck with Fitz. because as we all know Chan has a man crush on Fitz. We will have to go though this again next year dude. I haven't watch then play since the end of the NE game and wont until they get a new coach and QB.

As HC you have the power to send Spiller right back on the field. How is Spiller gonna get in game shape if he is ALLOWED to come out?? This is what bugs me the most about Gailey. That he doesn't keep Spiller in there. He is the HC. Act like it. OMG . I cant believe Chan lets a first round draft choice choose when he plays. All coach has to say is "Kid you come out when I tell you to come out." End of story.

Spiller was the Correct pick in 2010. Give Buddy credit on that. Except they don't use him. Somehow. Spiller has turned out to be just what they wanted, a playmaker. The year they totally missed was 2011. They could have had JJ Watt in the first round and Andy Dalton or Kaepernick in the second round. How to the scouts miss on talent like this every year. I blame Buddy and Chan.
