Bill, I didnt watch todays game. I figured they win at home vs Rams. Wow, Gailey and Fitz are back next year as they might be we are in trouble. Spiller only gets 9 carries... Seriously?? Gailey is worse than Jauron.

They could run the ball 40 times each week and we would win more games easy. The Less Fitz has to do the better.

Make my best player the main focus of the offence. C.J. is just a great player period. They drafted him high for a reason and its mind blowing to me why he is not used more. 123 carries for over 800 yds is outstanding. Everybody else in the Rushing Leaders had 60 -70 more touches. I have some ideas about this here we go. The Bills base offense should be a 2 WR ( Stevie, Jones) 1 TE (Chandler) 2 backs (CJ and Mac or CJ AND Fred) You can run many plays out of this formation. This puts our best players on the field at all times. If you have both Fred and CJ in the backfield at the same time it puts pressure on Defenses because both are very good out the backfield. One of the things missing from this offence is the play action pass. Play action would open up the middle of the field in the red zone. Play action would be killer in the red zone because it would allow Stevie a second more to set up his man. Also it would allow Chander more time to get free. Say on first in 10 out of this formation they stack the run with 8 men in the box. Give Fitz the room to change the play at the line. I believe this is what Stevie was talking about, let Fitz change the play at the line according to the D he is getting. If you have both Fred and CJ in the backfield all Fitz has to do is send one out into the flat. Now you have 4 WR against a run Defense. (Stevie, Jones, Chandler, CJ) . Somebody is gonna get single coverage from a LB. You can just pick the guy singled out on the LB. CJ should be on the field for 80 percent of the offensive snaps. This would be more feasible if you run a play action based offence because there would always be a back in the backfield. In a spread offence you limit the carries of your backs because simply they are not on the field. Plus in my eyes you can still run the screen game out of the 2 back set. Maybe not as often but you can still do it. I think if Chan get away from the spread and get his backs on the field more often he would have more success getting the matchups that he wants.

How about getting a QB that can make all the throws instead of one that you think you can work with. Chan maybe ought to think about just being head coach. Let Modkins call the plas maybe he might actually use Spiller and let Fitz call some plays in a row from the no- huddle. Maybe use Brad Smith on 3rd and short with Fred and CJ in the backfield. But your right I think maybe he should worry about the game situations more.

what he should have said was... Fitz can play better and we are working hard at getting him better. That's what Chan should have said. Fitz is way overdue for some harsh comments from his Coach. Not this kiss Fitz ass approach just to save his job. I guess we have to wait until Chan and Buddy have the talk with Ralph at his house in Detroit to see if anythang new goes down.

Bucky did a good job but we have been saying Wilson is the problem for years now. I have a question to you good people.... If Wilson doesn't care why in the world should we? you nailed it. I thought this season was going to be different for sure. The Mario signing, Kyle coming back,Byrd playing better, the addition of Gilmore. Man all that but everything was tied to how Fitz was gonna play. And he has'nt play nowhere near the money he is being paid. And why the Bills wont make a move and take him out and find out what we have in T. Jackson is beyond me.

To be honest as a fan since the OJ yrs. I have reached the point of going of saying if they dont get a QB that cant play...why even watch. I'm to that point in this long term relationship that its time to move on unless they get a QB that can get them to the playoffs.

Dont go into retirement without this. If the Bills can get Vince Young and give him a chance why not the same with Vick?

if they lose to the Jags at home this weekend Ralph has to say something . Anything would do, just dont sit back and watch your team be poorly coached.

It might get worse.. The Jags have won 2 straight, the Seahawks actually have a decent QB, the Rams play decent D and we never beat the Jets. we can win all of these games but with Fitz and Gailey we can lose em as well.

I hear you, makes sense too. I hope that skin color was not the reason he left Pittsburg. I would hope that Ralph would not have a problem with a Black man running his franchise. The sooner Whaley takes over the better. I for one cant wait to see it happen.

Since Ralph and Chan/Buddy talk every week I dont think he has lost any of his thoughts. He may have lost the will to travel back and forth from Detroit to Buffalo but that is understandable at 94. But if what you say is true about Littmann's role then its up to him to go to Ralph and say Gailey is not the right coach for this football team. Nix is not gonna do i because him and Gailey are tied to each other because Nix is the one who hired him. To me Ralph is still the OWNER. He can do what he thinks is right. His team is poorly coached right now and its clear to all of us fans and the media. Let the young guy run the team. I sure Wailey has some ideas to get this franchise back on track. Quite sure he would use the Steeler formula of success because that where he came from. Why wait?? Do it now. Fire Chan, fire Buddy or let him be an advisor to Wailey, let Dave W be interm HC. Let Modkins run the offense and see what he can come up with. Because what Chan is doing isnt working and we have 5 games to see if Modkins can do it better.

oh i see Littmann is the owner now ? lol Say Nix does retire after the draft. What if he takes a QB in the 1st round. The only place you gonna get one is round one. The real question i think is will Llittmann let Nix go balls out to get a top QB? I mean to get one of the top one the Bills are gonna have to trade up. If we wait until one falls to us Fitz is gonna have to start again so the kid can learn. Either way Wailey is in a catch 22 situation.

Here is a thought. Promote Wailey as full GM Demote Nix to scout or retire. Fire Chan hire Billick who said he wanted the job. open comp at QB with T. Jackson and a rookie QB.
