  1. If we take a DE in a 4-3, after drafting Lawson and re-signing Hughes, well then Whaley should be fired on the spot.
  2. Please tell me this is true....not a dollar guaranteed. I would rather find the next FRED or Gillislee than a past his limited prime Tolbert.
  3. With Ritchie and Miller at G and huge holes at OLB, WR, CB and questions at S and OT, , and a huge number of FAs and limited cap space. , why are we signing up backup guard to a 3 year deal? Shine this turd.........
  4. I would take any street FA minimum salary rb.....any....over Tolbert.
  5. Yep......anti-clutch I call it. The one thing you cant have was the sack....what happens sack....then a holding call...out of field goal range.....had the game won and they beat themselves.
  6. Kyle Shanahan moron of the year. Should of called 3 runs up the gut after Julios catch and kicked a FG under 40 yards and this game was over.
  7. Very interesting article....wide range of views on multiple topics. A few things that stood out to me was one of teams mentioned for their openness was the Steelers How scoops are fed through some GMs and agents to a few big names in the media. while the local guy was trying to get the scoop. When I hear BN reporters have never been in Whaleys office in their careers, sounds kind of strange to me. Maybe the Bills brass could make more of an effort to have a better relation with local media. Really, it cant be easy and is probably exhausting. writing similar columns on games year after year. On coaches, QBs and draft moves. While the Pegula's certainly are not responsible for Ralphs mismanagement, they should see that this a team with 17 years of no accomplishments and reaching out wouldnt have much downside.
  8. Yeah I would like to know what exactly his injury was other than a neck injury.
  9. Im pretty certain I was agreeing with your sentiments....until your took it completely wrong. I was sincere in my praise for OBJ..
  10. Gimme the drive of OBJ any day. Something lacking is the 2000s Bills
  11. In what bizarro world universe are the Bills real close to the playoff teams in the league, especially right now, Jan 8th. We have a 4th round project at QB, an ex-first rounder drafted 3 rounds too high who's a FA and our starter who we are not sure, but pretty sure is not the long term answer. We have like 24 FAs and not a ton of cap room or draft choices. Our top CB is gonna walk, we have junk at S, no depth at CB or WR. Yet somehow Doug friggin Whaley is gonna fix this if you just give him control of the football side. One thing I've realized is that there is really is no turd too tarnished, for some of you to polish.
  12. So for the last damn year 10 years we could of had Aaron Rodgers and Clay Mathews as the face of this franchise and instead we got got JP and Maybin. The millennial Bills are choke artists, those 2 guys are play makers. You want to know what we've lacked since the SB years----play makers---clutch performers---smart football players.
  13. Thats a fair question. I would say about my own 40. Game situation would also be a factor. I have momentum, Im at home. Im going to be aggresive in the playoffs. Whats speedster Brady on 4th and one sneaks, pretty good from my years of watching him, with Rodgers I think I could sneak that for 1st.
  14. I like the decision not the play call.
  15. I said I curse Donohoe to this day over that. One draft move can have long lasting disastrous effects.
  16. We got JP Losman instead.
  17. Couldn't have Rodgers sneak for a foot?
  18. Every time I watch Rodgers I curse Tom Donohoe.
  19. Imagine Rodgers with a great runningback.
  20. Polian becoming team president and Whaley goes and Brandon gets a strictly marketing title.
  21. Yeah I wonder if our depth would be better if we had the 1, 4,4, and 4 picks he traded away. The most FAs of any team. Doug's just done a marvelous job.
  22. With the number of our free agents I cant see a trade ever happening. We cant afford to have that much dead money on one player.
  23. I dont buy that one iota. Ralph was never living and borrowing beyond his means. He was making money 2 ways on the Bills, yearly revenue and the increase in the value of the franchise every year, NFL revenue rising damn near year after every year, by larger percentages. Graph it and its a line chart going steadly up and to the right. He was no playboy throwing around money and making it rain. How people can twist logic and a billionaire was some mortgaged pauper is beyond ridiculous.
