Assuming the Bills end up 7-9, that should put us behind the following teams: 49ers Raiders Jets Lions Jaguars Cardinals Giants Falcons Buccaneers Browns Bills at 11 Needs before free agency would be CB, LB, OT, C, OG, WR, TE, RB Hoping for WR, C and G during free agency, based on getting one of each of the above, I would probably go Kentucky LB/Edge Josh Allen, 6'5", 260 monster from Kentucky, Look for BPA in rounds 2-4. CB Deandre Baker would also catch my attention at 11 as would WR Harry from Arizona State or Riesner the OT from Kansas State One of those picks would be a RB as per your draft. I don't like Bryce Love however. This is my current thoughts.

2019 draft Wish List(trade back)
RPbillsfan replied to MakeBuffaloGreatAgain's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thinking C (Matt Paradies) and Williams (OT) Carolina and Tyrell Williams (WR) Chargers in free agency. Then draft Dez White (LB) LSU in first round and Noah Fant (TE) in 2nd -
Results are in for the rookie QB's in week 13. Here is how I rate them so far 5. Sam Darnold - Injured and when played very turnover prone. Has made some flash plays, but weaknesses addressed in pre-draft scouting are really showing up. 4. Josh Rosen - Not been impressive at all, no mobility, seems to lack arm strength to make all the throws. Very low completion percentage for a QB with accuracy a strength coming in. 3. Lamar Jackson - Not very much on the passing side, excellent runner. Undefeated as a starter is a by-product of soft schedule as a starter. Let's see what he's got next week against the Chiefs 2. Josh Allen - Developing nicely, is everything in his pre-draft scouting report. Magnificent arm, needs improvement in accuracy. Running threat is more then what we expected. Best long term upside of entire rookie class. 1. Baker Mayfield - Accurate, strong feel for the game, prone to interceptions and may be as good as he is going to get

Dolphins 21 Bills 17 Postgame Thread

If your not making the playoffs which the Bills weren't, going 7-9 and a pick around 15 is perfect with 91 million in cap space -

OMG, get this kid the right side of an offensive line and another receiver and TE we are playoff bound for years to come. -
It is my opinion in viewing both QB's, that they both have incredible arms and can make all the throws. Both show great spirit and leadership. Mahomes is far more accurate, Allen has better pocket escape ability and foot speed and is a danger when on rollouts. Given comparable protection and weapons I think Mahomes is probably just a tick better when both are fully developed. In looking at the overall its Allen and Tre White vs Mahomes. Slight edge to Buffalo but both teams did quite well

Now that we are through 11 games and 5 rookie quarterbacks are or have started let's rate from worst to first. 5th - Josh Rosen 4th - Sam Darnold 3rd - Lamar Jackson 2nd - Josh Allen 1st - Baker Mayfield Love to read everyone's opinions

Kelvin Benjamin has checked out. Just bench him.

Take out his knee in practice. Since he screwed us, let's screw him in his pending free agency. Would serve him right for his disgraceful performance this season. -
Given the Keys to Draft How Would U Drive The Car ?
RPbillsfan replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Looking at our upcoming schedule I see victories over the Lions, Jets and Dolphins at home, a loss at NE and then two 50/50 games, home with Jax and road with Dolphins. Im guessing we end 7-9 and end up behind the following teams (no specific order) Jets Browns Jaguars Raiders Broncos NY Giants Lions Bucs Cardunals 49ers meaning we would be picking 11 or later. For this draft a pretty decent spot, assuming Bosa, Oliver and Williams are three Dline picks, Williams and Baker are top 10 CB, White and Allen top LB go in top 10 and OL Jonah Williams and Bama safety Thompson also go top 10 and throw in at least one QB, we would have pick of top WR, top 3 OT, 3rd LB, or 3rd corner. Based on free agent signings and development of players over the last six weeks, we would work from their -
In reading your post I can only assume that the most important thing to you is a win and that's what's driving your choice of Barkley. It's a perfectly understandable point if your not thinking beyond 2018. To me, the rest of 2018 is building for 2019 and 2019 and beyond is Josh Allen, his development is critical for the long term development of the franchise. Matt Barkley is a slightly better version of Nate Peterman who better understands what he can and cannot execute on the field, but basically the same guy. Acceptable back-up QB. Thats why it's a no-brainer to start and play JA for the rest of the season.

Tyrell Williams, currently making $2,914,000. Offer 5 years $45,000,000.00 Then draft a WR like Anthony Johnson of UB in round 2. Zay continues to develop and and McKenzie looks quick and is a playmaker, Let's see how we develop Foster. Would love this group

Before Nate Peterman is rightfully put to rest is simply compare his stats to one of the Bills QB's that Peterman was better then: Drumroll Please: Dan Darragh who here remembers the Bills being led by that awesome QB Dan Darragh and mini-Max Anderson

Josh Allen starts week 12 but shows no growth....
RPbillsfan replied to Rebel101's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Then start him in Week 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17. Growth for a QB is repetition, offensive line continuity and getting timing with his WR's, TE and RB's. Target areas of improvement and focus on those areas in the game plan. What I'm saying is don't gameplan to win, game plan for growth and development. Then start the processing of cutting players after the last game, trimming your roster of its current players we don't want in 2019. Take 2019 hits on the cap to get deadwood off the roster (Ducasse, DiMarco and Clay). Build you free agent wish list and draft to fill critical needs. Seems pretty simple to me. -
Even with Star in at 10 million next year we still have 90 million in cap space along with 10 more draft picks. Defensive linemen play in a rotation and I do marginally see your point in spending high dollars on a player that is part of a 4 player rotation. But, it's also important to grow a culture on defense of being big and physical and that's something the Bills were lacking last year after Dareus was given away to Jacksonville. Star was brought in to do the same job at 6 million less per year, and I'm ok with that. I'm not sensitive, I'm a sports fan, a Bills fan and use this site to add viable commentary and not respond to some snarky post comparing records. Honestly, I can't stand people who don't put effort into everything they do, and your post I guess just bugged me because you took a posters well thought out post, then disrespected it. So I in turn not only stood up for the original poster, but also gave you a kick in the groin to get your head straight

We can all look at the standings and pull that gem of wisdom out. The post was about the quality of improvement in the Bills run defense and how Star has aided in that development. His counterpoint about the dip in the Carolina run D was to make a comparison and to support the contention that Beane made an excellent signing. i assume that your idiotic post was your pathetic attempt at sarcasm and if so, that's pretty sad. Now let's see if you have the football knowledge or the intellectual accumin to respond to me.

We gotta find a way to lose this one boys.
RPbillsfan replied to Ramza86's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Based on the remaining schedule we could be looking at home wins against the Jags, Lions, Jets and Dolphins. Only Pats (loss) and Dolphins (potential win), could leave our final record at 7-9 and possibly (8-8). The good thing is that a top WR would be available at a top 16 pick. I'm hoping for Arizona State WR Nakhel Harry. Then in Round 2 and OT to replace Mills, then a C in round 3, Then picks for quality depth based on what we don't pick-up in free agency. -
