  1. It's amazing how one fabulous week changes the outlook on the season. Who are the 2018 Buffalo Bills? Well the next four games could give us a good picture. Let's take a look. @ Green Bay To me we are catching the Packers at a great time, Rodgers mobility is limited, injuries at the tackle spots, the defensive line and LB corps also suffering major injuries. This is a winnable game if we play complimentary football. Tennessee The Titans are at best an average team, nothing about them stands out. At home the Bills could dominate. @ Houston At first glance had this as a L, but something is terribly wrong and they like the Vikings have an awful offensive line. Based on recent level of play the Bills have a 50/50 chance @ Indianapolis Luck not the same player and Colts personnel is worse then the Bills. Give the Bills a 75/25 chance in this one. It will be a fun ride.
  2. Wanted to send my best wishes to Vontae Davis for his contribution to the Bills in today's win. Sometimes getting humiliated motivates a team and his quitting at halftime has seemed to lit a fire ? under the Bills. We've out scored our opponents 41-9 since Vontae's retirement after being outscored 75-9. So enjoy your retirement and the kick in the pants you provided.
  3. Have not been at all impressed with this guy, but if he can manage to not be tossed into the backfield and into Josh Allen that would be a big improvement I guess. My question is how many quarters did we make a first down on Sunday.
  4. How many ways do you have to look at other teams moves compared to the Bills before you finally come to the realization that we are doing all we can to tank 2018 to ensure a top 3 pick with our 2019 picks and we a high pick in the 5th with the Raiders choice. We need a superstar pass rush player and getting a Nick Bosa starts that process. Then we use the rest of the draft to fill needs with young cap controllable players at critical areas of need such as interior offensive line, rounds 3-7, a top end OT round 2, WR & RB and use our free agent money to fill areas of need. Hopefully a top LB will become available in 2019 free agency.
  5. Awesome post. Thank You. The Bills had a significant salary disaster on their hands. 2018 is the sacrifice, growth and development year. I'm 60, a huge Bills fan, had season tickets in 1964-1975 until I joined the Navy, now live in San Diego and have since 1982. So I want the Bills to succeed but fully accept the one step backwards in the hopes of a major spring forward is the Pathway our current management has chosen. I honestly hope we do end up with the worst record in the league next year and when the NFL Network, ESPN and Fox are in Nashville in April 2019, they will be announcing Nick Bosa with the 1st pick in the draft followed by whatever needs we have with our remaining 9 picks after we use our $91,000,000 worth of cap space wisely. Step back and spring forward is the approach our other team the Buffalo Sabres have done. Look at the high end potential of that team with tons of young talent and two potential generational players in Jack Eichel and Rasmus Dahlin and a slew talented kids in the farm system and a ton of future high draft picks. For those who are old enough, remember how the Bills added top talent in the 1984-1988 drafts, then added key pieces when the USFL folded and became an NFL Power for 10 years. Let's hope the same thing happens again

  7. I'd offer our 2019 5th round pick we got from the Raiders in the McCarron trade
  8. We can look at the current situation and yes there is reason to be upset with the current product on the field. However, 2018 was not a year in which playoff contention was really in play. Its the year to payoff the horrendous salary decisions made by the previous regime, develop the key fundamental leaders of the offense in Allen and defense in Edmunds, plus add pieces to what will be a pretty big roster turnover in 2019, with additions in the offensive line, WR, new RB and some edge rushing. Honestly, if your not in the playoffs I'm ok with a top 3 pick, assuming we see growth in Allen and Edmunds. I'm sure to get some negative comments but that's my thoughts.
  9. Samantha Ponder is tight blouse and pants or a short skirt on Sunday mornings. Chris Berman when he is on Cant compare to NFL stable of cuties in: Kay Adams Cynthia Frelund Collean Wolff Eric (don't) remember her last name but very pretty
  10. Well, at least his 2nd pass was incomplete, see he's improving already
  11. Darnold throws TD on his first play. Rolled out to the right, threw across his body for a quick pick-6
  12. If Michael Corleone was the head coach he would deservedly have them shot, you could be fair and give them a running start but since all three are slower then a sleeping turtle it woudnt make any difference.
  13. Castillo brand with a new twist, eat it and you won't get the runs or have the ability too, lol
  14. Please take their key cards, hire a cab and get this worthless pieces of trash off the premises at One Bills Drive. All three need their pathetic attempts at a career in professional football to come to an immediate end today. Juan Castillo has been a running joke as an offensive line coach for years and his input on personnel on the line is every bit as his poor technique he coaches. You take the combination of subpar talent, mix in lousy coaching and you get 6 sacks, no first downs in an entire half of football and the laughter of the entire NFL community. Ducasse and Newhouse have one common skill, the unique ability to be pushed backwards like unfit slugs at the beach having sand kicked in their faces before they are pushed into a sandcastle. They then fall and flail and help knockdown their own QB's. TAKE ALL OF THEIR KEYCARDS AND GET THAT TRASH OFF MY FAVORITE TEAM
  15. Weather forecast for Baltimore is constant rain thru 10:00 PM tonight. Gonna be wet, possibly muddy and that may lead to the possession passing game having the advantage. Thats TS tends to make me feel better about the Bills chances.
  16. NHL Network just ran teams with best prospects and Sabres were ranked #1. Now we are seeing why
  17. His command and feel for the game combined with speed, skills and size, omg unreal
  18. Got to see the Devils-Sabres prospect game (Sabres won 6-4) and Rasmus Dahlin scored 2 goals, had one assist, one booming hit and controlled the game when he was on the ice. Bring 60 got to watch Bobby Orr growing up and I swear I see some of the skills Orr had in Dahlin.
  19. It's early obviously but what I've seen on tape I see a bit of Bobby Orr in Rasmussen Dahlin. Size, speed, stickhandling, shot, total cool and calm on the ice. Maybe I'm wrong but I grew up watching Bobby Orr and this kids got a lot of the same skills
  20. All you have to do is go to sportac.com and look at the dead money column and that will tell you who is safe. I have to assume the Bills don't want to ring-up dead cap money in 2019 as they have this year.
