Let’s hope the D-line adds QB sacks, in addition to the pressures, to the situation. Add to that some offensive firepower so opposing teams are playing from behind. If these conditions materialize this D might just be scary good.
It’s truly hard not to feel this way. Decades of fandom has worn down optimism. There are strong hints of turning the proverbial corner but we’ve been here before only to be crushed under the weight of misplaced optimism.
Interesting that you pick guys who were drafted and did nothing wrong themselves. They simply tried to be pro players. Is it not on the respective GM’s for picking them?
