We forget that these are 22 or 23 year old guys who may have come from some challenging circumstances. Imagine your employer tells you one day - go get your stuff and head to some other city - maybe a place where you have never been and know not a single person. It’s highly likely that you are going to think about the situation.

Directionally I would say that I agree with your thoughts here. If I am coming back to a place I am loathe to leave a low or no tip due to what can happen in a restaurant with food. To your point if things were really bad I would say something to a manager and then not return.

You are very much on point here. Think about the high school “star” who was “helped” by classmates in the form of cheating on tests. The sad reality here is that for every Ray Lewis there are hundreds of other athletes who were improperly given help, breaks or passes. In many cases, such help probably did more harm.

Sadly for the rest of us schmucks, if he was wise with the money he received from the NFL he doesn’t have to work anymore. It is amazing what one semi-decent year of college football can get you.

OK, but again if you are going to expend a very valuable pick on a guy would you not dig deeper to have a better understanding of this situation? It really seems like the Browns were simply negligent in missing the information.

How in the world would Cleveland’s scouting have not highlighted the issue before the 15th pick in the draft was expended on the guy?

This trade is of very low risk and may go down as one of the greatest steals ever made by the Bills. Time will tell.

T.O. Has always been a very different and in my opinion, conflicted, human being. This does not take away from the fact that he is a freak of nature physically and was able to use those talents to play football at an elite level. The guy is wired differently and that is not likely to ever change.

I guess what we also do not know from the story is whether there were additional circumstances like teasing or taunting involved. I guess the bottom line is that they must not have thought the 18 year old presented a risk to anyone under those circumstances.

The death penalty would be too kind for this guy..... wow....

I find nothing surprising in his analysis of the Bills. The headline could simply read: Until the Bills figure out their starting QB all is a question mark Beyond this the O-line is clearly in flux and they lack outside weapons. To me the only things that might blow up his analysis would be a huge step forward in D and a sufficient enough offense that doesn’t hurt the D.

Thankfully, I just think it’s a nice looking car. My equipment works far better than what the reviews suggest the Jag line does. They do not have a good reliability reputation.

There are very noticble changes in bandwidth speed with Spetrum. They suck....
