Simple, you can’t truly predict motivation, competitiveness and the ability to adjust to the pro game. This is not unlike business. An Ivy League education with an advanced degree from a prestigious school does not equal success in business. There are many examples of people with much less of a pedigree who become wildly successful due to hard work, determination and natural ability that was not displayed in degrees.
After years of buying their service I moved. Tried to have service set up at new place but trees and other factors caused loss of sight line to satellites. Therefore, I had their equipment in my garage for months. I ask them repeatedly what I need to do with it. They never respond. I take their stuff to the dump more than a year later. Finally, a they send me a letter and fine me because their stuff was not returned. They say I owe them $300.00 and if not paid they will hit my credit report and turn me over to collections. I call to explain and they simply say you owe the money “it’s in the contract.”. I’m pissed but pay them to avoid the hassles.
To beat all, about once a month they send me notices on “sign-up deals.”
There is no way in hell I will ever do business with them again. Period.

Who cares about mock draft statements? They’re easy to make and generally wrong. There are way too many dynamics in play especially with early picks in the draft. If there is a run on QB’s this scenario could prove to be completely wrong. I also believe the Bills will be smarter than this. Metcalf is not a sure difference maker and it is risky to take WR’s in round 1 much less at #9.

There were estimates that before the fire it would take $800MM to full restore the structure. It’s hard to say how the fire may have changed this cost estimate. In some ways trying to preserve while repairing may be more costly than simply replacing. The counter to this is what water and structural damage costs will come into play given the fire. There will also be additional costs associated with temporarily stabilizing the structure just to start renovation work.
It will take months for engineers and experts to come up with the full cost.
