  1. I see greer as one of the best cover corners in the game. He couldnt tackle a stuffed animal onto his bed, but neither could deion sanders. I was hoping we would pay him and not McGee in the future. If Youboty improves as much as he did before he got hurt last year, this discussion might be of less significance.
  2. Why do we all just know that he will continue to be awesome at New England?
  3. Yeah I think the problem is that Josh Reed isnt stretching the field, and that Rosco is such a small target that he isnt a downfield threat. I liked what I saw from Stevie Johnson last year. Hardy should be cut. Realistically, we are looking at defensive end and linebacker first, and then offensive line according to everyones draft boards. But who knows? Maybe if we are convinced crabtree is too good to pass up and he falls to us we can get him. Ohio States Robiskie looks good, especially at six foot three. I would trade up our second pick to get percy harvin if at all possible. I would actually like us to use more tight end in the slot or as a wing and put freddy jackson offset or in the slot in flexible running or passing type of formations to compensate for the fact that we dont gave a great number 2, but we do have a qb that can spread the ball around.
  4. I dont know if he is strong or coordinated enough to hoist our cheerleaders in the air. I dont think he has displayed enough spirit on the field. On the bright side, he will not be asked to tackle them, which is not his strong suit. Tell me, fellows, does he have what it takes to be a (male) Jill?
  5. Would Amy Winehouse be a much better announcer than any of the above? I have a new candidate for an NFL announcer. Nobody who clicks this link will be disappointed. http://www.uncoached.com/2008/11/07/shes-u...rld-ines-sainz/
  6. Since nobody will likely touch Vick and we are all coming to terms with next seasons coming humiliation, can we get Vick on the cheap? (I dont think the guy should be allowed to step on the field, im just saying...)
  7. Im thinking that spencer johnson and kyle williams are much better players than kelsay/denney.
  8. With our H-back type of offense and frequent two back sets, small tight ends and considering the fact that Corey McIntyre couldnt block the stream from a powerful shower head, do we not need a 300 lb running back that can catch passes too? I am assuming Peters will not lose 40 lbs and play fullback for us. We need a running back that is zestfully clean. If we cannot get Ironhead, If his son is available soon we could consider him at DE. Speaking of father/son dynasties, if Clay Matthews is available in the second or third round do we pick him up?
  9. Jerry Sullivan has no class and knows very little about football. We deserve better.
  10. I am not really high on either of them. They are competent.
  11. We have Wilson, Simpson, Wendling, and Scott. I would have liked to see Scott on the field for Ellison last year. Then again, Moorman could have done a better job.
  12. I think that replacing kelsay/denny would be a bigger improvement than a #2 reciever. (Thats is assuming coles would not be our number 1.) These guys made high school mistakes when i watched film on the bills last year. They dont belong on the field.
  13. Buy a fred jackson jersey. There is likely to be another player in the future weating the number 22 with the last name jackson. And then you can sport the retro Buffalo Bills jersey to the new Toronto Bills games and look cool. I'm still rocking the Eric Metcalf poster, so the other option might just be to wear it no matter what happend.
  14. The niners offensive line couldnt win a game of red rover with most boy scout troops and their defense couldnt tackle their male sex dolls even before they are greased, but the team showed a remarkable improvement under singletary. "We come out and hit people in the mouf..." -- Mike Singletary
  15. Parrish is hard to find in the open field, but we dont get him the ball the way we should. There are an incredible variety of screens, slants, run-offs, button hooks, pitchouts and quick outs we can use to get roscoe the ball. If the is put in the slot someone has to cover him tight because of his threat as a receiver underneath. Its a cliche at this point, but that is how New England uses Whelker. Rosco was a quarterback in high school. Could we cosider using him as a wing back on the weak side in the wildcat with Jackson (another emergency quarterback) behind center?
  16. Bob Sanders went too early for us to get him, but I would have done anything for him. We missed the boat by not picking Ngata. We also could have paid for Wes Whelker.
  17. We have one of the least mobile lines in the nfl and we have them trying to outrun defensive ends parallel to the line of scrimmage while a back with average vision and below average speed tries to rush to the edge and pick a hole. Most high school coaches would scrap our running scheme and start over.
  18. Considering the massive future tax raises we all face, bring on the offshore accounts and do business with a wink and a nod.
  19. Seriously, i would outbid anyone for Lewis. He would make everyone on the defense better. We would finally have a reason to be excited for next year. Ray Lewis is still sexy and made of granite.
  20. I just saved a bunch of money by switching to geico.
  21. Sullivan has only been right about anything since everything went wrong for us last year. I can say with certainty that in a given month he will reverse himself on any given opinion. He intentionally misquotes. He cheats at golf, and he sucks at it. He substitutes volume for content. Jerry Sullivan should be ashamed of himself, and on some self-loathing level he is.
  22. He is the best cover corner in the afc east at least. He is one of the top few in the nfl. We sure could use him.
  23. Did anyone see mcintyre making huge special teams plays last year? We could have kept coy wire instead of ellison. Or get a real fullback instead of a special teams player with a gentle caress of a block.
