    Trade down, then trade down again, then trade down again in an ideal world. This team is so devoid of talent the more draft picks they get the better the chances of finding guys who can play.

    The game means absolutely nothing for both teams. It has no playoff/league implications. The Bills should therefore lose and improve their draft status. No debate.

    All I can say is that I literaly laughed when the Bills selected Spiller. It was a perfect pick for the dysfunctionality that characterizes the franchise.

    Another classic example of a scumbag attorney going after deeper pockets. No mention of suing the responsible drunk fans who probably are blue collar guys. But plently of potential dollar signs from the Bengals. I hope a Jacob Marley-type fate awaits attorneys like this a-hole.

    This just in: Ralph Wilson brings AFL team to Buffalo. In all seriousness, the Bills are a dysfunctional and inept organization. Nix has been unimpressive having one draft and FA signing period to try to improve the team. Is the offense better this year because of Gailey or because Edwards got dumped. Expect more Patriot thumpings for the forseable future.

    Work with Maybin? That ship has sailed. The only reason he's on a 4-11 roster was his draft status. If he were a free agent he'd been cut last year.

    Buddy Nix will be asleep when the FA period begins. And on a similar note he looks like he was sleeping during his first draft too.

    I'm not going to get into the discussion of how good a player Whitner is and maybe I'm thinking out of the box here, but has anyone considered he actually wants to leave the Bills and go play for an organization that has a chance to make the playoffs the way Antoine Winfield did?

    Remember when Antoine Winfield led the Bills in tackles? Yes it's bad when a safety leads the team in tackles and even worse when a CB does. Next your going to to me London Fletcher made all his plays 5-10 yards beyond the line of scrimmage.

    Agreed. The defense has been solid with Wake and Dansby, and have playmakers on offense in Brown and Marshall. The thing that is holding them back has been Henne. He has been a disappointment.

    Sorry. No matter how you try to justify it he still dropped the game winning pass. I will say however I feel sorry for the kid. He's a human being. The guy dropped a football in a game that in the grand scheme of things is meaningless. Keep your chin up kid. It's okay!

    Absolutely love the vintage Bills uniform in your avatar. Joe Cribbs? Losing Briere, Drury, Campbell, Tallinder, and even Lydman while basically adding only Myers, who's struggling in his own right, has finally caught up to the Sabres. Pomminville, Vanek, Roy, and Connolly are not going to get any better as Quinn and Regier were banking on. Hence you get what you get.

    While Merriman may not be the dominant player he was the first 3 years of his career, he can still be good and certainly a huge upgrade over what is currently on the roster. It would be mind boggling to me if Nix doesn't bring him in. It's a no-brainer.
