Here's a great one I don't think was mentioned. Greg Bell. He ran for over 1000 yards and I believe made the probowl too. He was also part of the trade that landed us Cornelius Bennett.

I've posted this before. McShay praised the pick and kept referring to Maybin's "upside." Mayock didn't like the pick and said Maybin "couldn't stop the run in college" several times implying he wasn't big/strong enough. And as side note, I watched Mayock on NFL network the year we drafted JP Losman and he said JP "has the physical tools but the thing I question about him is his decision making." Talk about being clairvoyant. Mayock also predicted the Bills would draft Whitner. The draft is an inexact science to be certain but Mayock's opinion carries the most weight IMO.

Now if Carwell Gardner becomes the bills RB coach that would be something!

Aaron Maybin should be next. Who are we kidding here? The guy is not big nor strong enough to play in the NFL. The longer he's on the Bills roster the less credibility the GM, coach, and owner have. Admit the mistake and move on.

Personally, I think the QB prospects are better next year. And tell me the truth. Has Nix or Gailey done anything to make you believe the Bills might not once again be one of the worst teams in the NFL next year and legit contenders in the Andrew Luck sweepstakes? Just sayin'

Seeing as how he cleared out his locker and left before the media even entered the locker room I'd say he's done in Buffalo despite the crap he's tweeting now. This guy took alot of heat but was a decent to good safety. Unfair expectations were placed when he was drafted so high. Blame Levy. Whitner prepared well and got the most out of his ability.

Without a better scouting department and an owner willing to pay free agents including his own, McCarthy (and Gailey for that matter) would have shared the same fate as Jauron, Mularkey, and Williams.
