  1. Look at Nix's poor off-season moves. And his lousy first draft. He's a scout pretending to be a GM. We're supposed to be improving, not getting worse right? This is not going to end well folks.
  2. Nix brought this on himself. We already had two good RB's in hand (and under contract I might add) and huge needs elsewhere yet decided to draft another RB with our precious 1st pick. He basically gave away one of the few assets on the team in Lynch for nothing and used another 1st round pick to draft a RB. Talk about spinning your wheels. In a way it was kind of like when Levy passed on Ngata for Whitner only to trade back into the first round to draft McCargo. The Bills continue to reach new depths of utter stupidity. This is the final nail in the coffin I believe as there is absolutely no chance the team will be competitive while Ralph Wilson is still alive which is likely less than 3-4 years.
  3. Agreed. Add RB to the draft list next year. Jackson is almost 30 and Spiller is a change of pace back, too small to run between the tackles. Why trade a guy you know can play for the uncertainity of a 4th round pick that probability predicts won't contribute? Well, I guess that's how things roll at OBD. And why they have become the worst team in the NFL.
  4. Which begs the repeated question of why CJ Spiller was drafted when we have so many gaping holes at positions other than RB and DB, let alone for an undersized RB who is not an everydown player.
  5. What's most discouraging to me is Nix has had one off-season to improve the team and he has failed miserably. He is an alleged draft expert but his first draft looks really bad. I don't think he was able to get even one quality everydown player. Didn't address LT and QB which were the biggest needs. The Bills organization is a dysfunctional inept disgraceful mess. And you have the confidence this can be done?
  6. And probably a good reason why the Bills are inept. The owner has dementia and nobody is accountable.
  7. Ralph Wilson thanks you. The Bills to me have become a bad restaurant. Lousy food and lousy service. If you go back and spend your hard earned money for that, you've got nobody to blame but yourself.
  8. When he breaks his arm for the 3rd time I guess.
  9. Well, they've had one FA signing period and one draft so far. Our biggest needs were O-line and QB. We now have CJ Spiller to go along with two good RB's that were already in place, Cornell Green, and no prayer at QB. That ship is taking on water at this point and I suspect it's going to sink.
  10. I actually like Dierdorf. The guy I cannot stand is Phil Simms...that's when I hit the mute button.
  11. Were it not for my 7 year old daughter, I would have no idea who Justin Beiber was. And yes, his haircut looks ridiculous. At least Justin doesn't have those hideous sideburns.
  12. Clearly you haven't seen our former 1st round picks Maybin and McCargo in action.
  13. Levy would go for it.
  14. ...or extend Maybin.
  15. Am I the only one that thinks he's a reliable all-around good DE. That said he looks so out of position at OLB. The only logic I can make on the extension here is that he's going to return to DE. Otherwise this looks like another botched move by Nix et al.
  16. Agreed. I see Buddy Nix resigning Levi to save face. After all, he knows a football player when he sees one.
  17. That would be funny if it were not so sad.
  18. Reasonable article but then I would have to disagree on benching Trent after just two games. If the logic was to keep him and let things play out, is two games against strong NFL defenses long enough? Who knows, maybe Trent would have put up good numbers against a very average Patriot defense too.
  19. Wang? Another classic example of assuming a player drafted in the mid rounds can actually play in the NFL when in reality he can't. The guy will be out of the league in 1-3 years. See James Hardy who went in the 2nd.
  20. See Cornell Green, Brian Brohm, Craig Urbik and Andre Davis. One team's trash is another team's treasure.
  21. Think about this. Every time you buy something from Home Depot you're in fact supporting the Falcons as Blank is the owner of both. On that note is Ralph still selling insurance?
  22. My biggest beef with Nix is his supposed keen eye for college talent. Outside of Spiller, who did the Bills draft this year that looks to be a quality starter? Troup looks like a rotational DT and Carrington isn't even being dressed on gameday. Looks like another waisted "rebuilding" year even though no such rebuilding is occuring.
