  1. This does not make me feel any better. Just another reminder that we have been getting housed game after game by a monster for going on two decades. As another poster commented he got right up even though his helmet went flying 30 yards upfield. Maybe Father Time's victory will be swift. That seems unlikely after watching him get up from Nate's hit.
  2. You need to adjust the video quality way down. It defaults to a high quality video setting and your internet connection is likely not good enough to support it.
  3. There were times in his tenure where the roster coaching front office and play calling were a mess all at once. Then Fred would somehow make 5 yards on a broken play without any blocking and I would feel proud to be a Bills fan. Thank you, Fred.
  4. He has been working for four years under the tutelage of the most underrated QBs in the history of the league.
  5. I'm sure LA laker fans must have had nice warm and fuzzy feeling when the organization did the right thing rewarded for past performance and made a 35 year old Kobe the highest paid player in the league. 2 years of disastrous losing with Kobe always injured and free agents scared off by a basketball dumb team wonder how they feel.
  6. Fred had many strengths still at an advanced age. But he was not going to play 16 games. Also, for how good he was at finding the tiny hole one first and second down he was never that great on shirts yardage 3rd and 4th down. Never could figure that one out.
  7. Indy Pitt or no. He remains elite in pass blocking and as a dump off option and these clubs love to throw it around.
  8. Smart time to do it. Front office and coaching staff approval at an all time high.
  9. A lot of people are downgrading EJs home run throws as being easy. The point is the others don't even see those opportunities. Cassel is looking to check down as soon as he drops back. Tyrod may be too short to see over the defense.
  10. If graham zigs instead of zags and Fitz beats NE on the road in '12 the whole franchise could have a different look. Chan and Fitz stay for another year.
  11. For all his faults and limitations EJ potentially brings to the table something 90 % of the QBs in the league cannot: A dynamic vertical threat which alone can soften up the underneath. He has shown signs of bringing it this preseason for sure. As an opposing DB I would be most afraid of being exposed by EJ than he other two.
  12. well that explains it. He looks like 50% of the D when he's out there. totally different team just like the raiders last year. pay him the 105 now because its going up to 115 quick.
  13. Was Dareus out there that last drive.
  14. No matter what EJ does it is inevitable that there will be 2-5 plays where you say "geesh, can't have that from a staring QB." It's just the way it is.
  15. Great post. The posters who complain about WGR all the time clearly keep listening to it ALL THE TIME. As Bills fans we have no choice but to keep watching the Bills. We certainly have the choice to turn off WGR.
  16. Luck becomes markedly better the more important the situation. That's an intangible that is often missed
  17. In successive seasons we unloaded the league's number 1 LT and then the 1 or 2 RB, both Hall of Famers.
  18. Except Mario is 30 Kyle even older and Marcel is gone next year.
  19. Hogan had his chance. Then dropped the ball on the first series of the preseason. With a dink and dunk offense there is no margin for error. Drive stopping drops cannot be tolerated. Buh-bye.
  20. An MRI later revealed acute mogigraphia and scrivener's palsy in Goodwin's pen holding hand.
  21. Route running Is a fundamental skill of receiving and it seems be something you are born with or not. that said I see him continuing to be Ni more than a gadget player for the bills
