  1. Past hour
  2. This is the part I've been wondering about the most. For years we've heard people say that they've been amassing an army who have been waiting to get the "execute order 66" message. Now we will find out if that's true or not. I hope to god it isn't
  3. Today
  4. We have a speedster to cover him now.
  5. This isn’t even a thought exercise. We have a realistic chance to experience the pinnacle of why we follow our team, but we’ve not had that pleasure yet. That experience will be priceless, especially in Buffalo where other than NLL, championships are impossible to come by. NO ONE IS STANDING BY TO GIVE MONEY AWAY TO YOU!!! Why even entertain such an idea?
  6. There has been an awful lot of misinformation in recent days about a proposal by Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) to instruct the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and United States Forest Service (USFS), in conjunction with states, local governments, and Indian tribes, to identify certain federal lands for potential sale to address local housing and other community needs. Senator Lee’s bill lists eleven western states, including Wyoming (with 48% federal surface ownership), for implementation of this plan, with the other ten states being Alaska (61%), Arizona (39%), California (45%), Colorado (36%), Idaho (61%), Nevada (80%), New Mexico (31%), Oregon (52%), Utah (63%), and Washington (29%). Land use issues are important in Wyoming, and I spent a considerable amount of my legal career devoted to addressing federal management and private property rights. The subject is understandably more intense in our part of the country, no doubt due to federal ownership of nearly half the land in the western U.S. Western states are at a distinct disadvantage as compared to eastern states when it comes to having this outsized federal footprint within our borders. This is especially so when it comes to our municipalities and urban areas that are surrounded by BLM and USFS lands. This situation hinders our ability to meet increasing housing needs; restricts our ability to attract new businesses and foster economic development; and violates the “equal footing” doctrine which specified that, as our Country grew, new states that joined the union did so “on an equal footing” with the original states in all respects. Senator Lee’s bill is narrowly-focused and targeted toward addressing a growing and pressing need in the western United States — how to provide affordable housing for our families, workers, and others who call our local communities home…. So in summary, over half of the land in the West is owned by the federal government. That puts it at a district disadvantage vs the East when it comes to needs like development, especially housing. Those needs are sky rocketing due to everyone fleeing the deep blue East and the deep blue left coast.
  7. Seems like Mahomes got robbed a little, compared to Allen. From a cursory/high level skim. (Not that I agree with that conclusion.)
  8. I’d rather be the b**** than sloppy seconds
  9. Omg. What the hell were they doing at those nuclear sites? Making tariff free tea for the world?
  10. Supermarket Tycoon Warns He’ll Close Down Shops if Mamdani Wins https://share.google/KU6DgsoEAm6ryBWoU Socialism doesn't work. Rick people will just pack up and leave and take their jobs with them
  11. It was a regular coke it seems.
  12. So we can bomb Iran nuclear sites in a vacuum? Please tell me you’re smarter than our president. I expect as much on a Bills message board.
  13. ⬆️ Cope and seethe baby!
  14. Looks like you had a Diet Coke past 4pm tonight
  15. Yeah, but Joe, you don’t use the court ruling that was overturned…You use the current ruling- because that is the one that allows or disallows government action. Second, you claim Trump is politicizing the court…How is he doing this?
  16. @muppy knows this stuff is close to home. We have hung out a few times here in San Diego. Always fun. My brother is 20 years with ICE on top of it. So the nerve is getting flicked a bit.
  17. Mikie neck deep in the cesspool tonight. Ya gotta love it. 😂
  18. I remember going into the Draft thinking we'd end up taking Michael Huff or Haloti Ngata. When Huff went 7, I was like "alright, it's gonna be Ngata then". When the pick came in as Donte Whitner, my jaw about hit the floor. I couldn't believe it. I liked the pick of John McCargo at the time of the Trade Up. Same for Ashton Youboty in Round 3 and Ko Simpson in Round 4. Little did I know the real victory would be in Round 5 in the form of Kyle Williams.
  19. I think playing sets of the best stuff from bands that have similar styles would draw a wider crowd. 1st set: all Cars 2nd set: all Cheap Trick 3rd set: all Police A killer combo be 1st set: all Depeche Mode 2nd set: all Bowie ……if you need a spoon player or wax paper comb musician, my cousin Virgil Lee Henry is the best. Let me know.
  20. They switched offensive philosophy after winning the first one?
  21. And we ended up with Donte
  22. Haha…yes, those Iranians with PHD’s are plowing in thru the Mexico boarder. They have double the rates of bachelor degrees vs Americans. I don’t know a single one without a double masters at minimum. They’re more successful in our country because of you. They learned our language, and outwork most here. That’s just par for the course for them.
