  1. Past hour
  2. Just watching the highlights, number 42 for Buffalo is useless, he was easily taken out on most of Henry's big runs. That defense is in trouble!
  3. I didn't think people on Bluesky followed football.
  4. Just about the entire bills fan population was there for the comeback game during our SB years if that is any indication. From this camera angle, you can definitely see Coleman was shoved out. The 2 pointer should have counted. @Einstein asked earlier what does he have to do to re-establish himself. Not sure if you know the answer or not, but it's simply getting 2 feet back in bounds. Although, I am hearing from others that you can't re-establish at all if you are forced out the back of the endzone. The rulebook says "legally" forced out. Whats legally? Is it not illegal contact anyway you look at this?
  5. im banging this drum, but i think it's right. i really am convinced that we have our d with too many reads and too much inter dependence. we have heard time and time again no d uses more pre snap communication that ours does. it just makes it too easy to break our integrity and it means teams, especially teams like baltimore, have too easy a time finding things that work. the bishop late blitz play was because the snapped the ball super quick, since they knew we were disguising out intent. we need more of a comprehensive and cohesive idea so we can play fast, but i think our coaches go the other way to make it too complicated with too many reads. i remember reading about rex ryan's d being so multiple and hard to run only certain players can run it properly. well, last year and every playoffs since the 2021 season our d has been worse that what that one was for us, there needs to be a way to run the d without analysis paralysis.
  6. You must not have been watching on September 10, 1967, also week 1, when this happened:
  7. I bet the GDT was in full meltdown šŸ˜ To one extent I get when a unit on the team is playing bad opening week and there’s frustrations, the team is fully healthy for the most part and they’ve had all season to prepare for a revenge game on Baltimore’s part… BUT, like you said, the game wasn’t even remotely out of reach. The defense only needed to make one to two stops for us to have a chance. Kudos to them; they stepped up when it mattered! Double down on the fact Baltimore is one of the best built teams in the league. It was never going to be a cakewalk.
  8. Heres the thing, and I looked this up because the ex ref on the show said this... It's not as soon as the slide begins. It's when they start a slide to declare down and anything besides hands or feet first touch the ground. I believe it was Josh's knee that first touched the ground and the ball was obviously past the mark by then. Plenty of video to see that. Rule from the actual book copy/paste... sliding or diving. When a runner slides or dives feet or head first or simulates sliding or diving, the ball is dead the instant he touches the ground with anything other than his hands or his feet, or begins to simulate touching the ground;
  9. It’s got to be painful for those who were at the game, left early, and then miss out on that comeback win. I wonder how many who left will admit they left.
  10. 251 passing yards in the 4th quarter is nutty. They were? I’ll have to give the game a watch and listen to that. You can understand though given Lamar’s stats for last season and, unless I’m mistaken, the same people vote for the All-Pro as well as the end of season awards. Don’t think I’ve seen a unanimous first team AP not get MVP if they’re a QB before. Ravens have a top to bottom better roster than Buffalo. Shows how great Josh is. You give him that team and I don’t think Baltimore are sniffing a 40 point game. That to me is the true test of an MVP. Remove said player and what is the team doing? For the QB position they’re all absolutely essential to their teams success but I’d argue for right now in the league, Josh and Joe Burrow add more wins to their programs. Thankfully the former is on the good guys side…
  11. Don’t think it was Brady who adjusted. He was forced to let Josh go at it. That’s just my 2Ā¢ though.
  12. You missed out man! we were sat in 336, shame on those fans who left the game. There was quite a few.
  13. Was a rough showing from the majority of the defense. Oliver was about the only one who was decent the whole game. Dorian Strong had some rough moments but for his situation he did great! Small shoutout to Dorian Williams too, he played reasonable. Biggest concern is the Safety position. Rapp and Bishop were atrocious. That needs improved ASAP.
  14. Less embarrassing than despicable.
  15. Best game I’ve attended in a while. Thought the Pats playoff blowout the other year and the 9ers late last season were great but man… Josh is THE man! Shame on all the fans who emptied out of the stadium when it was still a winnable game! Go Josh! Go Bills!!!
  16. Whilst I’m impressed with what Keon produced I’m still concerned that the team as a whole lacks separation, I’m not sure that is sustainable success for a whole season. Props to #0. It seems Josh is trusting him in big moments which is all we can ask for!
  17. Well I, for one, am really pleased to see Terrel Bernard wearing #8 this season.
  18. Why do people feel the need to write ā€œIt’s overā€ when the game is not over? People post stuff like that in the first quarter of games! I don’t get quitting watching before the game’s over either. We wait all week for these games—or all off-season!—why pull the plug when there’s still a chance?
  19. Today
  20. I said it back when I was reviewing upcoming contracts and after the deal was announced - I would not have re-signed Terrel Bernard this offseason. He had a very good 2023. But he took a noticeable step back in 2024, both from a numbers standpoint and just an eye test standpoint. He was not flashing like he was the year before. He always seemed to be out of position. He also was getting dinged up. I would have waited on re-signing him and wouldn't have re-signed him if he didn't return to his 2023 form. Middle Linebacker is not a premium position. And if he performs this year like he did last year, you could get an equal performance and potentially better by spending a 3rd Round Pick - as Middle Linebackers generally aren't taken very high.
  21. A great clutch performance and you get a big hug from the GOAT. Josh Allen will never forget that moment.
  22. i fell asleep at 40-25 with 7 minutes left on the clock (it was 4am over here) just saw the score
  23. Oh yea I’m not really trying to nitpick stats to prove one guy is better…both teams got who they want. It’s just such an interesting discussion because no one really talks about Coleman at all but when he’s been healthy he’s had a very solid start to his career. Worthy gets talked about like he’s the greatest receiver draft pick in recent history. it’s just a little strange to me lol maybe he’ll get some more chatter after this game as now he’s got multiple 100+ yard games.
  24. I bet him today …over 46.5 šŸ‘ā€¦ keep betting him because JA wants to throw him the ball…
  25. Looks like a safety or DB out there.
