When I saw Keon drops 60 I thought it was a receiving stat. -

Glad you have family in the NFL and yes I understand the dynamics. -
No offense, but unless this is a fantasy football ranking, there are definitely not 3 QB's who are better QB's than Mahomes. Its one thing to play with the Allen or Mahomes thing at 1 and 2...but to put Mahomes 4th is a bit over the top.

Let’s rank the starting QBs in 2025
Kirby Jackson replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall
I did the same thing. I had to remember so many times trying to get to 32. 🤣🤣 I could have switched it around 400 times. 🤣🤣 -

You have Purdy twice and no Saints QB. Lol, I was trying to figure out where Shough was. -

You know what's enjoyable? Having a top QB for the first time in forever, and not really caring about where he, or anyone else ranks Because on any given day - no matter who's on the other sideline, he can put our team on his shoulders and lead us to a championship -
So you are basically saying Kelly was more fortunate that Josh... I wont argue that... maybe thats where the confusion is, I think when you say someone is better at something than some one else, most people view that as they have some causative effect or skill that propels them... so your statement was not with regards to comparing them as QBs rather just random people... then I suppose add to your list... Kelly is a better beer drinker than Josh too... just sayin...

Well, he only averages $12M/yr. I’m not sure where that ranks among MLBs, but I can’t image it’s even top 10. I think that amount is fair based on his 2024 performance and may be even a touch cheaper. If his 2023 output was his standard, he should at the very least be paid like a top 3 MLB.

I have family in the NFL world and let me tell you - playing basketball in a charity game is one of the safer things these guys do. There is a higher chance of an injury lifting weights than they do dunking a basketball. These are testosterone fueled animals, they are crazy in the offseason. This stuff is much safer than letting these guys out on their own accord lol -
Allen Lamar Burrow Mahomes these are the only currently elite QBs… once you get to 5-10 it’s all about preferences and projection.

Damn, wish I got some money from the one I attended. Maybe I didn’t fill out the right form.

Are Fan Expectations Too High for Keon Coleman?
Bleeding Bills Blue replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yep - i also think people tend to look at players numbers without context, and any evaluation of the other nuances and responsibilities of the position. -

Did you watch the video of Keon playing basketball? Josh Allen does play basketball but comparing his play to Keon's, again as I have already stated is an absurd reach. And you comments that Allen could hurt his back on a swing or tear an ACL playing softball, all I can say is we are clearly not going to agree on this. No I dont want them in bubble wrap just use some common sense. This is why a lot of teams in their contracts explicitly detail what the players can not participate in. -
I have truly enjoyed some legitimate political conversations with many on the right over the past few weeks. Then this tin foil holder jumps in. 😂 “because indeed many were.” My post above asks all the pertinent questions to this massive conspiracy laden payday that millions got for showing up. Man, that tab must be in the billions! But “tHe dEEp sTaTe” must have bottomless pockets. 😂 Here ya go, conspiracy troll; I’ll save ya the clicks: “You pretend to have ignored posts by stevestojan” and, the fan favorite, ⬆️ Hoax.

A reach? A guy who plays basketball his whole life dunking isn't some high probability injury situation, the over reaction IMO is a bit of a reach. And guys have hurt their ankles rounding bases or chasing balls in softball plenty of times too. Also not a high probability for risk, but definitely not an absurd comparison either. Point is - this wasn't that serious and nothing outside the ordinary of what professional athletes do in the offseason either. On the risk factor scale on what they could be doing, this was pretty low. -

Exactly, but unfortunately the insane level of nonstop homerism on this site doesn't allow for pragmatic thinking like this We just need to be good fans and agree that going full-Space Jam carries the exact same amount of risk for an ACL tear as playing croquet with young children on the front lawn.
