Your right. Alot of sectors of our gov are built around religious teachings. Mostly Christianity since that was the dominate religion of the people who developed the laws in our country. They go hand in hand regardless of "fictional" seperation. Im not sure if you said the pledge of allegence or looked at a dollar bill latley but it woven in to gov architecture. This is well known and a fool thinks there is complete seperation. The majority of peoples morals and beliefs is going to shape society including its laws.
