The Bills championship "philosophy" under McD is a proven failure, going on 7 seasons (or more)?
ALL of that heavy investing (draft picks, mainly) to build some heavy-rotational front line hasn't been successful, and it's come at a cost to an offense that has a generational talent at QB.
A smart org would acknowledge Allen in a COMPLETELY different way, IMO
Instead of relying on Allen being close to perfect while he navigates a piss poor offensive strategy with mostly sub-par personnel at the skill spots (Allen and Cook are really it. Our uberly talented TE is unreliable so far, with his perpetual injuries); a smart org would go mostly "all-in" with support for Allen and just boat race their opponents IMO
