It’s been said we got rid of choice routes, where the WR & QB need to be on the same page in making adjustments to the route based on the look the defense gives. So now we’re running all locked routes, meaning simplified.. you run the route how it’s designed, no matter what.

What does "Complimentary Football" mean in Bills Coachspeak?
US Egg replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
No one did "football speak" better than Belichick, because he rarely did it. Too many bloviators out there. -
Could be no Kincaid , Dawkins and Spencer brown this week. This could get ugly on offence
-
I wish this was a joke...but the plays on the Madden Bills team are so much better drawn up than what we run.
-
I'm thinking he could be ready for the Eagles game.
-
I don't see ole Molasses Coleman on your list.

I was hoping Kincaid would be more than might practice. Darn!!😡 -
I know everyone is in love with the Rams now....and for good reason, but watched them motion Puka and then have him start route going through C gap was brilliant and seemed so well designed. Definitely a bit envious.
-
In other words Kincaid is out again, and we suck.

Giving each of your starting tackles zero help against the #1 pass rush in the league and losing both for stretch run games seems to pretty much a fireable offense. -
hahahahahahahahahahaha...............sorry...............hahahahahahahahahahahaha
-
A bit hyperbolic, the team can get out from under his contract after this season and he was a midlevel signing. It was a bad signing but not among the worst in team history

What does "Complimentary Football" mean in Bills Coachspeak?

I believe that "complimentary football" is used in the same context as "the process"...........nobody really knows and that's the way our FO likes it. Keep them guessing, as in the fanbase, the players, the coaching staff. Nobody really knows. -
Greg Cosell was extremely critical of our concepts. If I recall, "elementary" was used

The WRs are not being in a position to be successful. They arnt the greatest but are better than they have looked. Plenty of speed but do you see it? Shavers 4.38 Moore 4.35 Samual 4.31 palmer 4.52
-
Shakir, Palmer, Cooks, Davis, Shavers in no real order
-
Brandin Cooks, Vinny Testaverde, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Josh Johnson can all be used to fill a square you're stumped on with like an 85% success rate.

She's a lucky gal! I would say that this season all three units are complementing each other perfectly-- just not in the way our coaches had in mind. -
Samuel is a good player when he is 100%. Problem is, I cannot remember when he was 100%.
-
Palmer, Davis, Shakir, Coleman, Shavers, Kincaid and Cook.

bills are second in the league in TOP. we don't have an issue extending drives this is even more miraculous considering how poor our run defense is so if anyone was still questioning if we actually are trying to control the clock and kill the game off... -

it was an absolute CLOWN display. After telling Keon to grow up in the media, then costing his team the game on 4th down with a false start....to laughing it up with Houston afterward. -
Pretty noticeable how, at least publicly, McD offers criticism of the OC whereas the DC isn't highlighted that way.
-
You could say that about any number of players on this roster.
