Releases a depth piece who is claimed by the best defense in the league and then the vet he claimed won’t report and threatens to retire. He looks like a clown. The dude has Josh Allen fighting for his life because of a horrible Knox contract, horrible Samuel contract, horrible Palmer contract, bust of an early 2nd in Keon and yeaaaa I’m gonna say it, a bust of a trade up 1st rounder in Kincaid.. always hurt and with an organization that barely plays him when he’s healthy because he can’t block anyone but WR’s. Oh, but the injuries on defense!!! How could anyone ever foresee that coming?? Undersized DT. Undersized LB. Injury prone DE we had to sign because he keeps missing on draft picks. DE coming off PED’s. Does anyone know what PED’a put you at risk for?… yup, tendon/ligament injuries. It’s not surprising. He’s built a roster made of glass. Most of these injuries aren’t bad luck. Samuel & Palmer have injury histories… 20M tied up in those two hospital frequent flyers. Beane is a joke. And if being wildly mediocre in surrounding our freak show QB with a team he can win a Super Bowl with wasn’t enough.. he’s now making a fool of himself, not once… but twice this year.

The Bengals are 29th in the league in rushing. As a team they have 1062 yards rushing, James Cook as alone has 1,228. If going to make statements at least fact check them first.

I think Burrow goes off. This is a mismatch of epic proportions with zero pass rush. Their running game is VERY good as well. Bills need a repeat of the Steelers game on offense IMO, especially with Kincaid out again. The Pats game is looking even more bleak.

Don’t know if it’s been pointed out, but it’s interesting to me that the Texans passed on Slay, but put a claim in on Ingram. The Texans apparently value Ingram’s services over Slay’s, yet Beane was willing to take the risk of adding Slay to this roster at the expense of Ingram, one of the UB darlings.

All it takes is one hit, see last week.

Kudos to Merriman for this post. While he didn't live up to his expectations here he gave his best while here and we as fans respected it and now he respects us as fans.

His very roster philosophy is why we just destroyed the Steelers. Putting resources into the oline and oline depth. It's interesting that KC, Cincinnati, Dallas, Miami , all represent the wgr talking points about wr. Yet all could miss the playoffs... I also can't blame Beane for injuries. All top 3 picks got hurt. Ogunjobi cost a lot less because of the suspension which actually helped the bills because of all the injuries on the dline. Bosa was a bargain at that price.... This draft class looks promising. Not giving up a frickin 1st for waddle ( who can't stay healthy and constantly drops the ball). Yes beane was correct to not give in.... I'm critical of Beane, he's had some misses. But calling him a bad GM is just silly and ridiculous dude The Ingram/ slay thing is a little funny and bad look but come on dude Almost all metrics have him as an above avg gm
