I am not sure I am reading that the article say he faces Rice also faces one count of aggravated assault, one count of collision involving serious bodily injury and six counts of collision involving injury. That sounds like a criminal trial to me... I think he knows he will be found criminally negligent to some point... I think the attempt to settle was that he loses leverage if he is found guilty and likely has to pay more... I am not an attorney this is just my guess.. maybe someone with more understanding of the process can shed light.

It's a sleek look for sure. As far as the name/logo for the most part I couldn't care less when teams make changes like that for whatever reason. The only problem I have with it is the name is terrible, the logo on the side of the helmet look like a college team. RedHogs was the move to make if they made the switch IMO.
