If hoecht was gonna be healthy it allowed a contingency for Milano being done after this year. At least for us. Hoecht, Thompson, Milano, and Bernard offer very versatile opportunities. Hoecht can drop into coverage as a linebacker, Thompson can play as a big safety/nickel, Milano can be inside or outside, and Bernard belongs at Will. Playing a 4-3 defense with Hoecht at DL to disguise as a LB while Thompson plays strong side nickel... Makes it interesting
