Are McBeane secretly creating an elite offense?

No one cares about data. They just want the shiny object. -

As much of a data guy as I am, sorry, we're just not a threat through the air. I'm sure the numbers can be presented in some kind of a way that might look effective or successful, but that's just not an accurate representation of what's actually happened on the field time and time again. Not to mention the plays that aren't even being schemed/attempted since, you know, we don't have anyone who can pull them off. -

There's no such thing as "high leverage moments" in September and October. -
Will this trend continue when Democrats inevitably return to power? Can the GOP hinder a Dem President with never-ending injunctions? I will give credit to the left, they found a loophole in the system, when they figured out that it was possible to flood the country with more illegal aliens than the court system can possibly process. Much like the looting flash mobs they perfected during the Summer of Love.

Yes - and using eyes instead. In the high leverage moments it is failing much more than it is working. Or at the very least has been going backwards. Baltimore Q4 - yep, after being poor for most of the game Jets - passable Dolphins - passable Saints - messy Pats game - nope Falcons game - nope Carolina - not used much or needed, but what we saw wasn't great. -
The number of young pitchers coming in and dominating from the jump lately is impressive with Skenes being the poster child. Hunter Greene, Schlittler, Yesavage,...even my Mets had Nolan McLean this year. These young pitchers are coming in looking poised and not overwhelmed than in the past.

Falcons are pretty banged up, and it's in New England. I expect a few wheels to fall off of the imaginary Patriots resurgence - but my hunch is that they pull out a W on Sunday and the media continues the "they're back!" frenzy. -
Kansas City.... Who/What do you despise the most?
MRW replied to henry jones's topic in The Stadium Wall
"Despise" is an awfully strong word. Accurate, though. -
Came here to say that. I'll throw in Mad Max too. I have a gut feeling he makes some big plays.

Funny, you took the trouble to post exactly what proves my point: partisan reflex over any serious thought. -
The shutdown is popular with Democrat voters. It's short-sighted because its unpopular with everyone else, but it helps them in blue states.

I see all the “experts” going on about how devastating it would be for either the Chiefs or Bills to lose on Sunday, but the flip side nobody is talking about; Before kickoff on Sunday we’ll know the outcome of the Patriots/Falcons. Atlanta has a sneaky good D (2nd in the NFL in yards surrendered) and has an explosive offense at times. This is not a gimmie game for the Pats. It would be rather funny to leapfrog the Pats on Sunday despite them having the head to head advantage at this point. -

I don't think it's a surprise. I mentioned that rather explicitly. A couple of you guys are getting distracted about this whole "you HAVE to be able to throw the ball" point. Well, If you read my post, I've got great news for you. Not only CAN we pass the ball, but it would appear we're one of the best teams int he league at it right now. Sleep easy. Are you intentionally ignoring the data that says this isn't true? -
When Opulence Isn’t Enough: A Pig’s Lament
Homelander replied to Homelander's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
None of that makes me mad - I’m just tired of corruption being treated like a competition instead of a problem we should all be solving.
