Bernard needs to be moved to IR so there’s no shot this coach can McDermott us into a mess. Don’t even let this guy have the option of playing the wrong guy or platooning our starters out. The guy can’t help himself. Take Bernard out of the equation

Agreed. It wasn't really that close but the psychology of the Bills fan comes into play. -
Unless your Houston's defense playing at home on a Thursday night.

I believe we have the most offensive holding penalties and the fewest calls against opponent the timing of the penalties against us is often very suspicious. Today they flagged us to try and help Cincy stay in the game after a 12 yard Cook run late

Burrow is a great QB. But it made no sense to me to play soft zone on a slippery field. Their receivers knew where they were going and you can’t adjust quickly on a sloppy field. We are a better defense playing more man and blitzing

This is definitely part of it.

A bit. A few people thought he let up early. Some people thought that it wasn't possible for him to catch up and that he realized that and let up. A few people were sure he was gonna catch Benford. I was in the middle group. Benford glanced over his shoulder and saw Chase and started changing his angle and I'm pretty sure that's when Chase knew it was over. -
It’s almost like they roll out their soft zone every game and then make adjustments. I was banging my head watching our DB’s give them 10 yards of cushion. With zero pressure, Burrow picked them apart! It’s concerning how bad our pass rush is. Also I know Hairston got beat on the 2nd TD against Higgins, but head scratching why Tre played so much. Higgins pushed off but they don’t call it on the offense.

Very little. People are saying it was a deceptive camera angle and he really wasn’t that close to him. Is that not true? -

I think most people think that the camera angle gave the false impression that Chase was closer to Benford than he actually was. -

Elite QB with some elite weapons, a mediocre to laughable HC, no real front office and a cheap organization that lets guys go rather than pay them except for QB and a couple WR. This their defense is practice squad quality and they have zero depth anywhere. IF they make the playoffs next year it will be almost 4 calendar years between playoff games. With that QB and those weapons. -

as it happens, Chicago versus Green Bay was also a great game, Chicago's late touchdown bid to tie or win was thwarted by a late interception in the end zone. -
If New England wins (Next Week), they officially win the East.
TH3 replied to SoonerBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
New England a shi hole😝? Ya…your sources are both truly representative of the actual fanbase and I’m sure NE dms and whatnot are so much different that the rest of the league They have wegmans up here …Market Basket just as good and less $$ -
Lamar is about to pack it in for the season IMO. He looks like a shell of himself. This is what has held him back. That team is a bunch of front runners. When they're winning and up on you they'll run all over the place and embarrass teams But when the going gets tough they come up short. A lot of that is attitude as much as talent. Don't forget that a few years ago Harbaugh was like 1-2 losses from getting fired but survived by the skin of his teeth.

How do we feel about Higgins playing most of the game concussed?
tigerthelion replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Didnt like it, and it had nothing to do with wanting him out of the game to give the Bills an advantage. I don't like seeing players be treated as indisposable. Somebody has gotta protect Higgins from himself. He is a stud and he wanted to help his team win, but you can't let him risk brain damage over a game. Same applies to the Bills and Allen. No way he should have come back into the game last year against the Ravens when he was clearly out of it on the field. -

Wonder if Higgins got concussed three times? The protocol and blue tent system is a fugazzi Did the execs vote on it? Love this! -
Today was the Bengals you do what you can if your this current roster. They did enough today! In general, it’s very often this team is a tale of two halves. It’s a problem. A HUGE part of why we aren’t good is that we always seem to start slow. According to AI just now, this year, the Bills rank 27th in points allowed in the first quarter (one of the worst in the league). They rank 5th in the next 3 quarters combined (one of the best in the league). There is a serious issue with defensive coaching on the first 3 to 4 drives in almost every game.

It was legit. The problem is the disparity between how many times our O line is called for holding and how few times our opponents are. It’s the biggest discrepancy in the league and that’s going to hurt us. We get put behind the sticks constantly but our opponents seemingly play flawless games every game. It’s maddening.
