  2. If he was the best or one of the best PRs in the league it would be different but the dude hasn’t looked great this year. He’s a solid returner but I would rather not lose a D lineman to another team (even if they’re underperforming right now) just to keep Codrington on the active roster. Very good chance he makes it through waivers to us and he can come back if another injury happens
  3. Terrible human being, but you can’t deny Tyreek Hill’s talent level. That was a great catch
  4. You’re still schooled. You wrongly assume a lead has to be contiguous. Night shows can lead to morning viewing, much as daytime views lead to evening views.
  5. As others have mentioned you are dead wrong on Daquan. Go watch tape. We was good against Dolphins. I think these three you mentioned are relatively easy. Three cuts should be Ingram, Franklin and one DL. Which DL is a question. I agree with @GunnerBill that trading AJE seems like an obvious solution since Solomon plays ST and is on a cheap rookie deal. Hopefully we can find a trade partner. I do think he is solid DE3 and could be worth a 6th. You forgot to mention Grable. That's an interesting one. Lunds seems like and obvious OL/OL swap but I don't think they want to cut him. So this is maybe where Samuel might enter the conversation. Or maybe Van Demark could be cut or traded. In the past you were saying this because how good Taron was. Is it still the reason or do you think that even with Cam Lewis on the field we shouldn't run more 4-3?
  6. Easily your best post ever. Kudos to you for this inspired effort. More exactly like this! Please and thank you.
  7. Beanne and McDermott still do not respect forty times and you can't teach speed, Codrington ran a 4.6 forty at his pro day. That is considered very slow for a CB or for his main role as a returner. He is never going to outrun people, I would cut him ASAP
  8. https://www.pff.com/nfl/players/daquan-jones/8747 do you mean 33rd? Out of 160. Pretty pretty pretty good
  9. That’s a classic. He’s got another post out there claiming that private companies (twitter) shutting people down is not censorship…it’s capitalism. Good heavens.

  13. Can we get a thread for the shat upon Matthew Dowd? Hard to believe nobody is talking about him. Sad. Very sad. Sad.
  14. This was nice. I can confirm now. He is in fact on the team All jokes aside. Tua got those balls out quick
  15. If he gets cut I’ll understand but he’s been awesome since he got here unlike the other 3 I’d cut. How you’re actually helping on gameday matters to me and he’s good. Not as easily replaceable imo but if they want to risk it that’s on them. I think with injuries already adding up around the league and people seeing the tape he’d get picked up. But hopefully he wouldn’t

  17. Haha. I already mentioned it somewhere yesterday, and I think that it is fair to mention that missed tackle. As you say it was in backfield and it ended up as 16y Gordon run. Nothing wrong with mentioning it, esp. when comparing him to Dorian. Other than that I thought he was really good.

  20. Franklin was actually a free agent who didn't get picked up less than 3 weeks ago. He had a great game on teams against the Jets. But I don't believe that one performance would be enough to make him a guranteed pick up if he got cut. I'm still pretty confident you could smuggle him through to the PS.
  21. Beane isn’t dumb he won’t release someone he doesn’t think he can store on the PS. Regardless of what any fan thinks, Epenesa and Solomon would get picked up quickly by another team. Beanes not going to care about the numbers on the active roster if he can elevate players from the PS and he is probably working the phones already for potential trade partners to see who wants one of our D lineman. If it doesn’t work though, Hamlin, Ingram and Codrington have the best shot of making it through waivers and onto our PS. Franklin would get picked up too with how fantastic he’s been on ST and his history of being this good and unlike Codrington he can actually play his position outside of ST which is valuable with McBeane. I like ingrams development and hope he’s not cut but if they believe Strong is ready and Hairston is healthy it could happen but solid corners are hard to find and they get hurt a lot during the season so I wouldn’t risk it. Like I said before Samuel (who cares) and Hamlin (easy PS stash) would be my first 2 cuts and then if you can’t trade a D lineman for real value or someone isn’t injured before the decision needs to be made than sorry Codrington but one of our RBs or Shakir is returning kicks.
  22. Are we not allowed to talk about players and how they played? Relax…..
