Extremely well said. They’ve completely run out of ideas at this point. Those of you thinking the current regime is going to suddenly wake up and install a completely different strategy are kidding yourselves. It ain’t gonna happen. Coaches get entrenched in what they do and they’re extremely reluctant to change. They’re no different than any of us are at our jobs. I cannot tell you how many years I gave really good employees advice at their annual review only to find myself saying the exact same thing the very next year. It’s normal.
