The best NFL draft pick ever at every slot from No. 1 to 262
BUFFALOBART replied to BADOLBILZ's topic in The Stadium Wall
The 1998 NFC Championship game, was karma served up cold, for Gary Anderson! He was 1.000 for field goals, and PAT's in the regular season. -Kicks a clunker in the conference title game, and the Vikes folded. Think about Superbowl XXV, and imagine Anderson lining up, for that 47 yarder, with a few seconds left. Enough. You'll have to excuse me, as I have to go watch Buffalo '66, again....... 😅 -
Winner winner chicken dinner. We all pay more. Meanwhile, what happened to the 39.6% tax bracket? Evaporated. Well done, MAGA. And they won't get a thing done. Other than line the wallets of the oligarchs. Because they function only on outrage. Now that Riley Thomas or whatever that inconsequential swimmer is has tied for fourth instead of tied for fifth maybe they could get to some real work. Like finding ways not to close hospitals and screw up medical care for all of us.

There's a ton of hoax there. Inflation? Duh. That's what happens when someone (Trump) mismanages a pandemic, precipitates pent up demand, and then (still Trump, FYI), decides it's a good idea to give away free money. They're both complicit in the inflation mess, but the reality is that Trump caused a lot of the problem, Biden had it coming down, and not it's starting to perk up again because Trump decided it would be a good plan to evict gardeners and roofers while at the same time raising taxes on low income earners. Authoritarian? Might be the stupidest thing written on the internet today. And that's saying something. Coming from the guy who supported "lock her up," and now supports stripping due process, yanking American citizens off of streets by "law enforcement" in masks (last I checked, there's no reason to wear a mask if you're not doing anything wrong), and then opening a concentration camp in a swamp. Let's not forget the threats to deport the NYC mayoral nominee and Musk based on disagreements over politics. Historic implosion? That's rich. It's almost like it was a Great Depression, or a Great Recession. Hoax. Republicans make economic messes that Democrats clean up. RMBS. The COVID idiocy. And now we'll have to clean up this stupidity with immigration and tariffs. But you stick to your autopen conspiracies while you think that the guy who believes that George Washington used an airport has all of his marbles.

Bryan Cranston in Seinfeld or is he in too many episodes? The soup nazi is a great one as well -

Greatest scene stealer in a recurring role: comedy series
Mr. WEO replied to Mr. WEO's topic in Off the Wall
He's great there, but not really a "scene stealer"--he's a lead/primary character in that show. Has to be someone who has an arc in the life of a show or a season of it and is gone--but makes th absolute most of his/her appearances. -

You don’t need to say “uninformed.” Doesn't sound like NOAA is fuming they were short staffed. -
Maxwell Hairston named in civil lawsuit for sexual assault
Mr. WEO replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why should "society at large" benefit from a victim of assault's suffering? That doesn't make any sense at all. How many civil payouts ever have been given away by the victim or their families? It's righteous compensation. "Society at large", which includes all the jock sniffers, hero worshippers, boosters, dirty universities and look the other way college town cops, clearly deserve nothing. The purpose of suing for money is to punish and inflict financial pain on the perp, obviously. If the victim can't take the perp's freon, they will seek to take the second most precious thing--his livelihood.....which, if allegations are true, he was allowed to earn because he was never charged by a pliant local police force (anyone remember the James Winston "investigation" at Florida State, or the serial sexual assault of the Ohio State wrestlers?) and University. The monetary award and the shame it piles on the perp (who would lose his status as well) is the best a victim could hope for. -

Yea it’s called AI. And as the great Kristi Noem said, that’s exactly what they’re doing. Updating all the tech. Sucks. But they tell the private sector to learn to code all the time. I’m sure those temp jobs and early retirees will be fine. President District Court doesn’t decide the size of the tax payer expenses. -

You're missing the point — shocker. This guy drives home the point that we need a stronger, more robust NWS and NOAA and not more cuts. -

Glover was pretty awesome for a long time. At one time he was the best pass rushing DT in the NFL. 2000 NFC defensive player of the year. Member of the 2000's NFL all decade team. Teller had a very nice couple years but has been in decline. I don't think that one is particularly close but Teller was definitely one of Beane's day 3 HR's.
