Bmwolf21
That was a bad throw. That should have been thrown deeper in the endzone. Shhh, that's crazy talk. That was obviously the fault of the WR on an underthrown jump ball.
KOKBILLS
As bad as the mistakes were on offense - the same old crap of the D not being able to stop teams from mounting drives when they absolutely need to is absolutely demoralizing and soul-sucking  When The Bills were REAL good the Defense had some bend-don't-break in them too...A lot of it at times...But when they needed a stop in the 4th Quarter at Home they usually got it...The ability to Rush the Passer helped a lot back then...  This Defense is a terrible disappointment...Not physical enough and their best Player may very well be Jabari Greer...That's really says something if You ask Me...They are underachieving at this point...There is no other way to put it...  And the Offense is not helping much either....Can't run The Ball at all...Trent is very average when it's all being put on His back...If they can't Run, at least a bit, they can't win...period  Talk about crashing back down to earth! Jeez...
Golden Wheels
How's that? The team starts 4-0 and then follows it up with a 1-3 "effort."Â I'd sa we have a right to "over-react" Â Everyone is pissed, but I see today's biggest problem as a failure to execute -- not a lack of talent. Â If you think they should throw the baby out with the bath water, then that's your right.
TheChimp
Oh well. 5-3. It's a dogfight now for the Division. I just hope the coaching staff is worth the paper their contracts are printed on and they ADMIT that THEY are a big reason why their players aren't doing well. Because these play calls by the Offense have been so terrible, and the Defense can't get to the QB to save their lives. Jauron needs to totally take this one on his shoulders and then make CHANGES. ganesh
Left way too many points in the Jets Redzone.... Â And when the game was on the line, the D allows a 8 1/2 minute drive by the Jets for a FG.....

crackur
Flutie sucked too. I wasnt saying he was good, I was referring to winning.......hell he is was short and still manage to win somehow.... Â I suppose we need moulds and price back in rare form because our wrs cant get space from the cbs and trent was never told he is allowed to throw the ball away and not take a sack.... Risin
I just think tossing in Losman wouldn't help, as he sux. Â Â ...and Trent is starting to go that route. Â Either way, the Bills need to invest a late pick in a QB to groom, in next years draft. I'm not sold on Edwards, and anyone who is might be jumping the gun. Â He plays amazing under good circumstances, but throw a wrench in the mix (ie: weather, constant pressure etc.) he is as bad as Losman ever was. Â I still think he's gonna be a good QB, but I have my doubts about him being a great one. I also think his poise is vastly overrated.

macdaddy
That ball was way underthrown ladies.... Â Trent didn't shine today but the loss in my eyes lays squarely on the coaches shoulders. Â First half was a disaster. Started out the second the same. Â 3 timeouts because of play clock, 4 and 1 disaster, 30 yards rushing into the strength of the D, no screens, no draws, no sweeps. Crappy challenge cost us a time out. Anfd that's all I can remember after a few brewski's.

That drive after the Greer TD made me sick to my stomach, even with all the momentum in the world, they couldn't get a stop.  Still though, it's one game. jarthur31
100% Trent Edwards' loss today he was an absolute bum. What happened to looking off and showing poise? He locked on to his first read all day this team better run the table in the division if they want a playoff berth  They were playing cover 1 to Lee's side and of course you throw it to the guy 1 on 1 coverage. Hardy is a guy you cannot trust because he has bad hands and doesn't know how to run routes. I have a feeling this guy will be a huge bust. OK, I'll bite. And if they play the rest of them like they did against Jax and Seattle, and the Raiders, it'll be because the coaches on down to the players ADJUSTED things and learned how to get back to SMART, creative football, something they dreadfully lack lately.  Something alot of us are pointing out and getting called names for. Imagine what would happen if we actually had a run game, and they didn't tee off on Trent every play!! Answer me that???  Yeah...the problem is that we aren't built as a team that can go out there and let if fly, especially with Reed out. The lack of opening up a hole in inexcusable. And for those who think it's Lynch's fault, he would have been in negative yardage if it wasn't for his maximum effort. Also there is a good chance he would have made that first down on 4th and 1 if he followed the hole, which Jackson did not. Also would have probably scored last week to at the goal line. Either way, if our line can't open up holes, we won't win many games.

RunTheBall
The biggest problem with this team is a complete lack of a consistent running game. Â Even if we get to the playoffs, we are going NOWHERE without the ability to run the ball. Â We have a lot of season to go, but they better figure it out quick because the cushion we had with our fast start is GONE and its going to be a dogfight for the playoffs. Â I just hope we are one of the dogs. Â RTB
Hanoverbills
I didn't state you said he was better, now did I?? I just think tossing in Losman wouldn't help, as he sux.  Even if it is only to toss the long ball. I have seen Edwards making the same mistakes that Losman did when he was starting.Edwards plays the same as Losman when he is pressured.Thats been a problem the last couple of years. If we had better line play and better recievers I think you would see better qb play from both of them.Every qb looks bad when they don't have protection.Look at Brady in Superbowl. who-that-girl
Nice sarcasm...at times Lynch seemed to be the only guy playing his hardest. Â Playin hard is great! It's necessary for Marshawn but doesn't compensate for areas he's lacking...vision, SPEED, blocking. I'm all for his effort, but it's becoming painfully obvious why he was the #2 RB taken in his draft class. Minnesota's OL isn't stellar and they don't have a stud under center. Go figure. macdaddy
You guys are blaming this and that but bottom line is coaching puts us in a position to win or lose. We have talent to compete but Dick and crew have regressed the last few weeks. The O play calling was attrocious. How many times did we run directly into the strenght of there D. The clock management was atrocious. 3 timeouts used to prevent delay of game. The critical call management (4 and 1 and challenge call) was atrocious. Until these guys get there act together we're not going to challenge.
Fan in San Diego
Trent's worst game of the year. He pretty much lost the game for us. Thanks Trent, try to get some pocket awareness and try to look around for a change. Also try not to lock onto the WR your going to throw too. And if you have counted to three after the snap of the ball it's time run or dump off the ball.
